It's great, but the selection of packing material is really limited.

Moved from Troy and I haven't received any of my mail. I put my mail on hold then put in a change of address. I still have received my mail, it's so frustrating! I called the office and the lady wasn't helpful at all.

I received a call from my wife who was very upset about her experience at the Troy USPS Post Office. The lady working the afternoon shift on 13NOV23 seemed inconvenienced and upset that my wife had 4 boxes she needed to send to an APO (they were being sent to me, as I am currently deployed in the military.) Sighing and huffing out loud and asking someone “Why do you need to send so many boxes?” while frustratingly trying to input data is beyond unprofessional, and I am embarrassed on my wife’s behalf. At least she was helped with 1 out of the 4 boxes, but not all because each one took “about 10 minutes to input” and she came “so late.” I would like to point out that the lady was happy to help other customers as they came in “so late” (after my wife.)
We’re sorry that she inconvenienced you by attempting to send necessities and essentials to someone deployed so close to closing time. It definitely will not happen again.

Just FYI If you want to hold mail, you can't do it for just one day! Has to be at least 3 days! Must be a new policy since I have had it held for one day before!
