This Frankfort Kentucky Arby's was great food hot and it was fast drive thru will be there again

I've never been a Arby's person that liked their food, but do now. I loved the Brown Sugar BLT sandwich and their curly fries.

Fast friendly and efficient! I was impressed immediately by the team, every team member said welcome. Food was out incredibly quick. I made a mistake on my order (totally my fault) they took care of me with a level of kindness I haven’t received anywhere else in Frankfort!

They always make a lot things fresh to order, and there pricey however they make it worth it because of portion size unlike some fast food places small portions over priced Arby's makes worth it.

Haven't stopped by for a while just because it's out of the way. We were on this side of town today so we decided to stop by. They were quick, our order was correct, and they were polite. We asked to add on a kid's meal at the window and he was happy to get us taken care of. The guy at the window did not seem like we were bothering him by asking.

They are quick, always have the order correct when we go, and the food tastes great. My children's favorite food there are the chicken sliders and the roast beef sliders and the fries of course. The sliders are a great size for little ones or even for adults if you are wanting small but filling.

Don't know about Arby's as a corporation, but all other locations should take hints from this one. I almost felt like I was at a restaurant not fast food. The staff are so nice. The manager is awesome. She always remembers me and my wife when we come in. Yes, I order and smash the MEAT MOUNTAIN COMBO in five minutes, so I'm hard to forget... Either way, they are the best. Food is always fresh and hot. My wife usually has to rebuild a sloppy sandwich, but this Arby's doesn't ever present her the challenge. The only downside is Arby's Corporate, you need to lower prices just a little. I could eat here everyday. Just can't afford to lol. Plus, fix this locations bell. I love to have the opportunity to acknowledge great service and food in person without interrupting their work. Please be sure to thank all of the staff on both shifts for there dedication to proving great food.

This Arby's location has become my go-to for a fast lunch. The staff is professional and the overall work ethic fostered by management is something I didnt expect to ever find in a fast food place anymore. Often my food is prepared fresh and ready before my credit card transaction completes! Only negative is the road hazard bush in front of the store that makes egress a dicey proposition for low-sling car drivers.

Great service! Great food! Clean dining room! I messed up my order and the manager fixed it for me! She was very gracious! The Orange Cream shake was SO good!

Arby's has great coupon deals. They fit my very tight budget. I'm on disability, so,I need every break I can get. Customer service was also very satisfying.

They are making serious changes here. Everyone seemed so friendly. Made u want to be there and do bussiness there. Fast service and good food too. Not sure who changed up this place but great work so not like what it use to be. Love it

Great place to eat. Friendly employees and great service. Order was messed up so they gave me coupons for free sandwiches and upsized my sides. Couldn't asked for any better. Will definitely be back. 👍👍

Food was awesome! Everything was hot and fresh! Worth the wait.... But was much quicker than the Arby's where I normally go.

This Arby's has yet to disappoint me. I've been here several times, and they've always gotten my order right. The lady at the register even suggested an alternate order that would give me everything I wanted and save me some money.

Roast beef was fresh and pink not greyish like some other stores. Fast service as well. Happy with my visit today!

Healthier choices, also a good variety in sandwiches , ... flavorful fast food , that's filling and addictive to the taste buds , Beef and Cheddar is now 3 sizes, ... who wouldn't ♥ that ???...

Always hot n good, even when you get home unlike other places in same vicinity n i would rather choose somethin i know my order is right also..

When you go inside, they greet you. However, the young people have no idea how to communicate with people.
