Wendy's

The staff was awesome. They made sure that you got what you ordered and how you liked it they went above and beyond the call of what they should have done and could have done. I applaud Wendy’s westside in Frankfurt, Kentucky

The person behind the counter lied about the sweet tea being available, that's one mistake. However I asked please do not put mustard on my food, he said they don't use mustard, what drips out of my burger ...... Globs, and, globs of MUSTARD. YUCK!!!!

Felt obligated to give them this rating because the people there are so nice and quick with my order. They went above for what would’ve been an average visit.

Stopped for a Frosty, and decided to take home some chili also. The chili was delicious!! I love the chocolate Frosties, but I'll be glad when the pumpkin spice Frosties are gone and the strawberry or peppermint flavors return. The employees working each drive thru window usually treat me pretty good.

Wanted breakfast, but wanted something different so I stopped at Wendy's to see what they had. Pulled into drive-thru and only 2 cars ahead of me which was great cause I was starving, lol. The lady who took my order thru the speaker box and I'm assuming to my money was very pleasant and courteous. The manager who handed my food out to me, Jessica, was also very kind and patient as I wound up needing to change my drinks from 2 cokes to a coffee and a milk. The food was hot, the service was fast and very friendly, and most importantly, they did not forget a single item if my order. I even got plenty of napkins without having to ask. Oh, and the breakfast Baconator meal was delicious and hit the spot. Definitely coming back

We can always count on Wendy's to have fresh food that has not been under a heat lamp drying out. Their salads are crisp and fresh. Their staff is always friendly and they work fast. The drive-through lines are usually long, but the wait times are usually no longer than 6-8 minutes from the time you drive up, wait in the car line, order food, pay, get food and drive away. Excellent management and work crew.

The employees here are incredible. Genuinely kind and caring, whole also being fun and doing their job efficiently and very well. This is the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy's, or any fast food place for that matter. I genuinely wish I didn't live two states away so I could go back more often.

Jennifer the store manager went above and beyond to make our first visit unforgettable. It was a great pleasure to meet someone so sweet and kind.

I had a mess up. But the manager Jessica was so polite & fixed the mess up with such grace & kindness! Wendy’s should be proud to have such a hardworking manager for them! She was also working her butt off & only showed kindness thru it. The best customer service I’ve seen in a real long time!

Great food and service. We stopped by there after my wife's oral surgery. We were treated very politely. The place was extremely clean so I would recommend.

I brought my 3 year old for dinner. The staff were helpful and friendly. They let my son choose between several kids meal toys and even gave him another one when he didn't like the first one. The food was delicious and they had it ready before I finished filling out drinks.
I highly recommend this Wendy's.

97% of the time this place is great. Sometimes they can't understand how to fix a burger without certain things. We took a burger back twice one time. Their drink machine has been out of certain items on occasion.

Drive thru service has stepped up their game during this uncertain time. All of our recent experiences have been super fast, even when multiple cars are in line, and orders have been correct! This Wendy's is our 1st choice!

I love Wendy s food. But I always check my food bc I ordered a burger one time got home had chicken. At the time I didn't have a car. I know everyone make s mistakes that s why I still go there. So just check your order before you pull off

I was wanting something else for dinner but decided to get some food close to home. My food was awesome sauce ✅👍. I had a Caesar salad and a chicken asiago sandwich with lemonade drink. My everything was so fresh and tasty 💚

The customer service is way better than Mcds on the west side. Great food and they give you condiments with no problem. Food Is always fresh. Just check your burger and make sure it has what you asked for and nothing more.
