Shala B her customer service was so awesome! I haven’t had this kinda of customer service around in years. Very attentive I didn’t have to ask for anything she was on it, and I’m very big on my drink refills. Me and my momma enjoyed our meal and the service. Don’t lose her she a diamond in this Industry. Highly recommended sitting in her area.

Shala was amazing with her generous and kind kind. Food was good and hot and came out in a timely manner. She worked each customer by herself and we all we satisfied. Thank you for your kindness.

Today's visit was awesome! Shala greeted us with the warmest welcome, and she took such good care of us! Our food arrived hot, she kept our glasses full, and was attentive to our every need. I don't eat at Applebee's often, but Shala, I'll be looking for you when I come back! Thanks hunnie!

Was greeted right away and seated. Not very busy on a Friday night, Kayla was our server, very professional and prompt. Probably the best presentation of boneless chicken wings ever at a chain restaurant. The food was correct, hot and good. I will be back.

Shala, was the only server this day, but she rocked it!!! Handled all the tables with the most amazing customer service and huge smiles. And all with no help!!!!

Applebees has always been the very first on my list restaurants. But this location is awesome, great service. We didn't have to wait for long time for our order to be served compare to other Applebees locations. Thanks!

I had a great burger here at Applebee's. It was grilled as ordered, and tasted excellent. Also, the waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was good, and they have a tablet at your table for games and paying for the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good America food.

Was seated promptly. Didnt take long for the food to arrive..Food was hot and delicious. The new Dewayne "Rock" Johnson (Blue Aloha Mana Margarita) drink was on point and so was the Maple Butter Pecan Blondie desert!

Our waitress on today was AMAZING she was the only waitress in the building working the bar also and never missed a beat!!!!!!!!

Miss Shayla did her thing, ran the floor all by herself, service and food was great!!!

Went there for wife's birthday great overall. First during our entire meal there was only 1 person working. JAMES C was the greater, waiter, bartender, busboy and cashier. Amazingly enough he made it seem effortless because we were able to place our order quickly, the food order was correct, food was hot and he kept our drinks full. He was OUTSTANDING. We were super impressed and will be going back just because of his amazing service.

The servers were really really nice and on top of everything ... We got our meal on time and it was really really delious. It wasn't busy at the time I went but they seemed as if they had everything together 😊 I would totally recommend it to anyone.

The bartender Tylar is really nice and makes good drinks and keep the people at the bar entertain.

GRADUATION NIGHT, Applebee's was open in our area (Cedar Hill, TX) They had an already decorated table for our 2023 Graduate. The staff all of them treated us like family, welcomed us and serviced us as if we were valued customers. They were patient and understanding at order time because it was 10 of us and changes were made, they offered us alternatives and suggestions to help our expenses. Our food was delicious and the presentation and plating was on point. Thank you the Grandmother...

Service was horrible they messed up my order then got upset with me for recognizing their mistake.

Relaxing atmosphere and Dennis was wonderful. Not only handling my friend and I at the bar, with other bar patrons, but jumping into other positions to ensure patron needs were met throughout the whole restaurant. As a prior bartender I understand his stress! However, he kept a very cool demeanor and a level of professionalism. I am new to the Cedar Hill area, and I will certainly come in to eat whenever Dennis is working!
