I love this Car wash i moved up here from Florida 4 years ago and I have been going every day just about since the service is awesome most all of the employees are sweet and very helpful but I have to give a big shout out to Brianna she has a smile on her face and is the hardest working young lady I have ever met rain sleet snow she is their! Thank you Brianna for always making my day!👍😘❤

I visit Mister Car wash Hartselle frequently! Breanna has shown me excellent work throughout the 2 years of my membership! She continues to be a friendly face every time I go and is willing to help with anything I need! I always leave with my car looking brand-new just like how I got it!

Best place to go in Hartselle! I visit frequently and my car looks perfect every time. Very friendly staff and the new titanium 360 is worth the hype!

When I need my hard floor mats cleaned, they do it gladly. The only reason I don’t rate this a 10 is that our local MCW (Hartselle. Alabama) does not have the same features as the MCW on the Beltline in Decatur, Alabama, namely the air crevice tool.

Employees are friendly and the wash is good. They keep the area clean. Have used it several years without any problems

Breanna is the most amazing person she's the best and I love seeing her when I go get my car wash she's fabulous and so is Mr carwash

The titanium wash is great. We can tell a big difference. And Mister having a 10 year patent on this type of wash is good for us. Nice staff.

Amazing experience with customer service, the wash and even the VACCUUMS actually work Great! Too bad i live over 1 hour and 45 minutes away or i woud always go here

Great service, a good wash my car was spotless

Had a small amount of mud on pickup. Wouldn't wash truck said " would get lot and equipment muddy". Would give it a one star rating because of personnel.

Best car wash hartselle location ! Got unlimited monthly , this car was has it right , no scrubbing after the wash like most ! Love it ❤ very friendly staff

The staff at this location are amazing!!! Especially Briana(spelling?)!! She is always so helpful and friendly as the rest are, but she always goes that extra mile to make my experience the best it can be!! Definitely would recommend the unlimited wash club to anyone who does not have it!

I got with the manager and she immediately took action to my satisfaction. She was very nice, polite and seemed very concerned about my problem. I will be returning for a car wash!

When I went through the car wash i I got stuck and everything stopped. I didn’t know what happened until later. No one came to check why my car got stuck they just restarted the wash. I pull out take a left on hwy 31. As I’m driving I go to check my side window and couldn’t see anything.. Whatever happened had flipped my side mirror closed. Yes it is scratched just a little. They should have checked why it stopped.

I really do enjoy going to Mister Carwash. The convenient locations, prices, and the carwash. The staff is really awesome as well.

As newer and more glamorous car washing places are being built, Mister Carwash is still by far and large my carwash of choice...

The young man and woman working there were very nice to me after I had hydroplaned off the interstate. And I genuinely mean, they were nice. Also, that's a very nice car wash.
