In an unexpected run in with a deer, I had the unfortunate reason to have to do business with Gerber Collision in Indian Trail. Simply put - they were fantastic. I found them honest, thorough, with a high degree of excellence in repairing the front end of my car. They were FAR MORE ACCURATE in their assessment and repair costs - than was my auto insurance company. Ms Wendy - the woman who really runs the place - was efficient and highly energetic. Patrick - their GM - is a true expert. Of note - Gerber guarantees their work for life - which is a great testimony to their required levels of excellence. I'd highly recommend using Gerber in Indian Trail - they were great to work with.

I took a vehicle to Gerber that had a minor issue with a plastic underbody part behind the front bumper. Wendy was great to deal with in making the appointment and Marcy was fantastic on the day that I visited the shop for an estimate. Due to it being a mostly cosmetic issue, Marcy was gracious and had a technician secure the part with no charge to me. As a business, they could have easily (and justly) charged me for their technician's time but they chose not to. I feel this speaks to their integrity and goodwill to a customer helps build their customer base. I had the same vehicle repaired here when the shop was called Haywood's and based on that work, and this recent visit, I would recommend the shop to anyone needing body work.

I chose this Gerber shop because they had done terrific work on a friend’s car. I received excellent service from friendly people. My car ended up being totaled, so they didn’t get to repair it, but they were great to work with during the week they had it.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received there. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The repair work on my car was flawless, and it looks as good as new. I had an amazing experience with Gerber. Not only did they finish the repair in less time than expected. The repairs were perfect. My car looked brand new. I will recommend Gerber to every one! They also keep you updated on the repair process and each step your car is going through.

First class Shop and it starts with its people. They genuinely care about the customer and do a great job with the repairs.

I hope to not have a future reason to see them but if a reason comes up, this is where I’m taking my vehicles for bodywork repairs!

We had such a positive experience at Gerber Collision in Indian Trail. The office was clean and inviting, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly the work that was done was top notch. We would like to especially give a shout out to the service manager Patrick, who went above and beyond in making sure our car was perfect, safe and that we were pleased with our repairs. When he realized that a turn signal and tail light were not working (completely unrelated to our repair) as we left from picking up the vehicle he would not let us leave without it being properly fixed. I cannot say enough good things about this location and especially Patrick who was a joy to work with and goes above and beyond to make things right . If I could give him 10 stars, I would! 🤩🥳🤩

It's rare that I am motivated to right a positive review without even being asked. I just picked up my vehicle and I'm more than satisfied with their work! Patrick and Brandy went above and beyond from A to Z. We had a difficult situation where parts weren't available, since I have a 2024 model and Patrick found a way. When I turned it over they helped coordinate the rental pickup via their partnership with Enterprise (and the drop off after my vehicle was complete). I was told it would take two business weeks and that is exactly what transpired. I was kept updated on their progress each week and today saw that they made my SUV look brand new again! You all are a rarity and I am so grateful. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone that needs your services!!

Smooth drop off with information given with true understanding. Delivery of automobile was done earlier than expected. Definitely recommend Gerber Collision!

I needed to move quicker than Gerber Collision could accommodate. I thought that was that, but Brandy took it upon herself to not only text me the name and number of 2 independent shops that may be able to get me an estimate FAST. But she texted one of the shop managers (who happened to be out sick that day) and set up the appointment FOR me via text. WOW. It's NOT very often you come across professionalism like that. I can only imagine ACTUALLY doing business with them. Well done Brandy!
