I come here quite a bit and every time i have especially for the past couple of months, We’ve had extraordinary service from a lady named Miss Donna who has been just the sweetest most respectful and hard working lady i’ve seen at this location in YEARS! She brightens my experience every time and makes sure my food is perfect and i have everything i need. She always goes above and beyond and is always speeding around doing the most for her customers! Thank you so much Miss Donna❤

After experiencing the crazy time of covid 19 I'm glad to see that Sonic is 100% percent back to the old days of awesome food and service!

Everything on my order was correct, fresh, and fast. Both females I encountered were friendly and professional.

This location has been criticized a lot since COVID. Fast food in general has had a hard time. I felt I needed to give them a shout out. Visited this location this past week... the wait was short, the food was fresh, our order was correct and the service was great!

My order came out fresh in five minutes, literally! You could tell they finally have enough employees. My food was great. 😌

I go there at about 9ish in the morning and got the greasiest double I think I've seen sonic hand out. It came quick and was exactly what my number morning brain asked for. Whatever the 1-2 person morning crew was on that day was great.

The food is always hot and fresh. Ice cream products are never melted part way and they are very generous with mixed in candies etc. They are fast and car hops are friendly and in good moods. They seem to be enjoying their work. I especially like their 99.0 health/sanitation report. It's very clean. A great place for drinks and snacks as well as full dinners with better quality than burger joints.

I recently went to Sonic in Indian Trail and would like to bring to the attention of the company president and/or owner, the excellent job performance of one of the workers named Tia. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with people. Her contributions to Sonic are a reflection of her priorities as an individual and the importance that she places on doing an awesome job. She is extremely polite and professional and I hope that she is recognized for her talents. I will never go to any Sonic that she is not working at. I drive over 25 minutes to go to the Sonic that Tia works at. She is definitely and asset and I am sure a great role model for any younger workers that are working with her. Keep up the good work Tia!!! 😍👍

The chili cheese dogs here are so melty delicious! Our server today was extremely sweet and made sure we had every little thing we needed to have a good experience. She was definitely on top of everything and realized immediately that she needed one more drink. In addition, she was lightning fast!

Been here a few times, so far so good. Wait isnt too bad, they come out and bring the food and charge your card and you're on your way. Food is always hot and the orders have never been wrong here unlike many other competitors...

I do love this Sonic. The food is great and service is always 100%. Lately the equipment has been faulty.

Great drive in food. Love their foot long coney chili cheese dog. Ocean Water is the most amazing delicious soda ever created. Only thing I wish they had are window trays for your food like in the old drive Ins I went to as a kid.

Order and pay in the app, pull into a stall, enter your stall number into the app, and your food will arrive quick and you'll save yourself time than relaying your order over the traditional speaker. Food was fresh, accurate, and delicious! :D

Came here today and ordered kids meal with a girls toy if possible. An employee came out in the cold to show me what she had for options since they were out of girls toys. To me, that’s going above and beyond. They could have just told me over the intercom but she made sure my grand baby was happy. Thank you so much 💕

We stopped in to grab a bite, heading from North Carolina to Alabama. Great Service. Excellent Food. I'll remember this visit to this particular Sonic Drive-in, in a very favorable light, for a long, long time. Great Work, Guys!

Great service and good food. My car battery died while we were there. The staff was great at trying to help me get my car started again. I will say they went above and beyond for me!

The young lady who helped us was amazing. I think her name was Sarah. D
