Best Taco Bell near the Charlotte area. I love stopping by this location on trips out of town. Super awesome and nice staff and the food is always great, too.

This was the only Taco Bell with decent reviews near Charlotte for taste and customer service and its outside the city. All the others had terrible reviews for wait times and order issues.

So I drove 20 min to get here.

The experience didn't disappoint, I was in and out of drive thru in less than 10 min with two cars in front of me and the food was fresh .

I'd come here again.

So, I recently swung by Taco Bell, and let me tell you, those crunchy tacos were like a flavor fiesta in my mouth! The mix of spicy goodness really hit the spot, though part of me longs for the simpler days of basic tacos. You know, less fuss, more flavor. All in all, Taco Bell’s got this tasty vibe going on, but I can’t help but reminisce about the good ol’ days of straightforward taco bliss.

Great young lady that was in the window. Treated me like a human should be to quote her. A real blessing for a change.

Fast service, great food with good portions. Interior could use a little cleaning but the food at this location is done right.

If you're looking for some good and quick grub without breaking the bank, Taco Bell's the spot. The food's tasty, and it won't cost you much. The people working there, mostly teenagers, are doing a good job. They're friendly, quick, and the place is always clean. Plus, the menu's got loads of choices, so you won't get bored. Two thumbs up from me!

Everytime I eat here food is always hot, fresh , & most importantly delicious. Also the employees do well here compared to other fast food places. Especially one in particular a young man by the name of Diego everytime he is there when I come through the door he always has a cheerful smile and wonderful attitude. No matter if he is servicing the floor , behind the counter or working in the back. He seems to just have a GREAT WORK ETHIC combined with just a DELIGHTFUL PERSONALITY. Doesn't matter if it's me with my lunchtime order of a Large 3 soft tacos over a family of 6 with a huge order. He seems to handle it all with CARE & EASE..

By far the best taco bell. When you ask for extra and pay for it, you actually get it. The Taco Bell on Sardis never gets my order correct. Everything was correct and placed neatly in the bag. There were 3 ladies working and preparing the food. I felt spoiled by a fast food place for once. Now if we could bring back the $1 menu we would be in business. Thanks

Absolutely nailed the build on my crunch wrap. Dead on spec. Perfect construction, toast on the tortilla was a work of freaking art. I'm talking good enough to actually go leave a review. It's a crapshoot with fast food, especially these days when there's so many challenges facing food service institutions, but tonight's crew really had it. Quick too.

The store is under new management and things are really looking up. Food was great and so were the service people!

Waited 45 minutes for a door dash delivery, not acceptable! Terrible service horrific place to pick up an online order.

I’ve visited this taco bell roughly 5-6 times. All around 1 am near closing. I always get the doritos locos tacos and the workers get my order right every single time. Every single time the tacos are hot, fresh, and never once have I gotten a bad taco that looked like it was just thrown together. The workers here are polite and very nice. This taco bell has a lot of integrity for staying open even after 1:30am. I know a lot of people can relate with me on this but other joints close up an hour beforehand or tell you their machines are down so they can avoid serving late night while they stand around talking and waiting for the next shift. not this taco bell tho. this taco bell clutch for the late night munchies.

Late nights get truck driver and Luke inside open the door so that we did not need to stand in the drive thru to order. The service was great. The food was fast and hot. They really were curious to us. After a cross country hike it was great to get inside and get hot food. Thanks Luke and staff!!!

Awesome, as usual! We've been going to this Taco Bell since it opened and I really can't think of a time we've left disappointed. The drive thru line always moves quickly, the staff members are always courteous, and the restaurant is always very clean. I'll be honest, Taco Bell is not my favorite place to eat, but this Taco Bell is my favorite Taco Bell to eat at. Good Job!

I understand things changed with the pandemic, but this location seemed dead compared to when I last wrote a review. It's definitely kept clean though! As far as food, and this is more the Taco Bell corporate's fault, it's just more "remixes" of the same items as before

For being SO slammed today at lunch they handled it so well. Some rude customers, huge orders (mobile, drive, uber/doordash, AND in store). They were SLAMMING these orders as fast as they could. I had a fairly big mobile order and while wait was a lot longer d/t the volume of orders, they got EVERYTHING right AND included napkins and requested sauces.

Had this been another location I wouldn't have had same experience (and havent). I go out of my way TO this location because despite being understaffed and having high demand they are doing their best to ensure customers are satisfied. I know that mistakes do happen here from time to time but they do their best to make those mistakes right too without hassle.

I rarely go here, but it was requested and I was outnumbered. However, I found the power bowl was gluten free. I was still apprehensive but it was really good and filling! Would recommend!

The woman that prepare the food in the day time through the week are so nice and always make my mexican pizza the best! I enjoy going the most when they are there. This taco bell is always clean, genuinely nice staff. I want to thank each of you! The only thing I don't like, the drink machine on the inside leaks water when you try to get a drink.

They got an update to their app, now you can check in on your mobile orders. Sometimes they are understaffed here but for the most part a great taco bell in a good area.

they gave us free taco coupons for taco tuesday! and they got our whole order correct no problem. food was yummy as always! we love an unproblematic taco bell <3
