A big shout out to Josh Kurtz. He was the technician who communicated very well with me at what time he would be arriving. He also excelled at explaining exactly exactly what was wrong with my garage door showing me what the issue was and then offering me options for repairing. When I did elect to repair it, he was able to do it that moment on the spot and completed the job in under the time he initially quoted me.. All around fantastic experience.😊

The spring on my door broke and the ensuing damage made my door unsafe to use. I called at 9am and Walker showed up at my house by 10:30 that same morning. He was super nice and knowledgable. He was able to get me setup with an appointment for a whole new setup quickly and at a fair price. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend Precision!

I called about an issue with my garage door and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Walker came out and did a full inspection of the doors and told me the issue immediately. We went ahead and had him service both doors since we trusted him so much. He went above and beyond for us. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. I could not recommend Walker enough to anyone who has issues or simply needs new garage doors. He’s a valuable employee. I also learned he’s from my hometown so it was special speaking with him. We will be using Precision Garage Door in the future for our garage doors.

Recently Jerry from Precision Garage Door Service replaced the hardware, ball bearings, etc on our garage doors. My entire experience with Precision was excellent from the initial phone call to the day of installation. At 6PM I discovered that my garage door opener would no longer work. Even after manually opening the garage door, it was stuck in a half open position. I called the PrecisionTeam and was able to get a service technician to come with 2 hours. I had not had the mechanism checked for a decade and it seemed that multiple springs and parts had broken (everything but the motor). I was so grateful for the quick and expert service as I was planning a trip for the next day and this problem would have prevented me from going. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for this service.

We had an issue with our garage door closing uneven and a warped rod. Jerry Nerad came out to our home and quickly assessed the problem. Jerry was very through explaining what would be done during the repair. He completed the job in an hour replacing our rod, springs, bearings, cables, and reinforced some bolts on our door. The bonus, a lifetime warranty! Customer service was excellent! We will give Precision a call for any of our service needs in the future! Discount for veterans as well!!!

If you need a new garage doors or openers this is the place to use. Also if you need repairs done they will handle it. Everyone I have been it contact with are super nice and very professional!! I got two new garage doors and garage door opener. Through the install they answered every questions and explained stuff in detail what they are going to do. You would not go wrong using them!! 👍

At 7:00 AM our garage door would not open due to a broken torsion spring. We contacted Precision and their friendly customer service agent set us up with a service call between 10 and noon. The tech showed up just after 10:00, gave me an estimate and after approval, he had our door fixed in no time! After replacing the springs and movable parts and cables, the door is like new and very quiet! Something we haven’t experienced in 15 years! The tech was extremely polite and professional. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Precision for their services.

Walker was a very thorough and efficient technician. He explained the features of the new system, helped us add the App to our phones , and even programmed our car openers. We were ready to use the new system within three hours of his arrival. He even gave me the Electronic eyes from our old system, so I can use them for future repairs on my second garage door If needed. Thank you, Walker!

Walker just repaired our garage and was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. He talked my husband and I through the issues and explained everything thoroughly. I reached out to them to schedule a service repair and they had someone come out the following day to take a look at my issue. Jerry, the tech was very helpful and solved my issue rather quickly. He also walked me through in detail potential issues that I may experience in the future based on my current garage door infrastructure and what I can do to resolve those issues. Jerry was SO knowledgeable and friendly! He arrived at 12pm on the dot for a 12pm appointment. I learned a ton and paid a fraction of what I was expecting.. not to mention he figured out and repairs the issue with my garage door within the first 5 minutes of him being there!

We had to have 2 parts replaced on our garage controller. The parts were on back order and after a week, Precision made a decision to replace my controller and get my garage door fixed. Walker our service technician came out when he said he would, was able to get the work done in an hour and explained all the things he was going to do and reprogrammed our openers. We have had a very good experience with Precision. If you can get Walker as your service tech , I am sure you will be happy.

Spring broke on our garage door. Josh could not have been more helpful. He made sure he could stay and get the job done when we had trouble getting the cars out of the garage (one car needed a new battery to be moved) . Very happy the service we received.

Bret came out and fixed all my issues I had with both garage doors! I called at 3pm and literally had him show up by 7pm. He was a very professional and knowledgeable man and was honest with me from the start and didn’t try to sale me all new equipment. He took his time with my issues and went the extra mile for us lubricating the doors and chains, and reprogrammed my remotes that did not work.
