Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Wanted to give a shout out to this location. We had a major storm come through, and when it was over, we decided to grab some food as our local grocery store was closed. First off, the young man that runs the register was extremely helpful and friendly. We have been here a few times and he's always a nice and helpful employee. So, in the middle of eating.. Boom. Power goes out. We were the only ones inside eating. We also had a to-go order working while we were eating. I went to the manager and asked if I should come back the next day for a refund. Surprisingly it was already done. I did misunderstand her and thought we had to leave. She was so sweet. Said for us to stay and finish our meal. She said "You were already here. If you can see, you can eat".. made me giggle. We finished our meal, got our to-go food and went to leave. She was talking to what I assume was a DoorDash driver. She was such a nice lady to everyone. She had the staff sit at a table to wait for further instructions. We got up to leave, and she walked us to the door, told us to have a great night and to be safe. She definitely handled the situation with class and professionalism. I just wanted to give her a great review because she was super nice.

This place has the best chicken, the fries are delicious and don't get me awarded about the delicious Texas toast. Overall a great experience.

It seems busy but the service provided makes it better and it truly doesn't take long to order and get your food

Had a wonderful experience at this location today. Came in to pick up a DoorDash order that wasn't quite ready yet. A very nice employee named India offered me a drink due to the order I was picking up. Not ready yet. Never have I experienced such kindness while picking up an order. Shout out to India for great customer service today.

Clean restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, food was good and hot.

I ordered the Zaxby's regular chicken salad with the eggs and fried onions. The chicken had a different texture than before. As though it was the pre-packaged chicken strips. Would have been more enjoyable with freshly grilled chicken. First bad experience with the Zaxby's salad. Overall, the food is always acceptionally good.

This Zaxby's location is without a doubt the best Zaxby's I've been to. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I really admire the fact that they, unlike most other nearby fast-food restaurants, have handle recent staffing shortages in stride. When they are short-handed they are always courteous enough to be up front about it and ASK THE CUSTOMER if they mind waiting. WHAT!? Yes, you read that correctly, they value your input as a customer. The food is always terrific, amazing fries! I really can't say enough good things about what a good job they do at the Indian Trail Zaxby's.

Man, I love this Zaxbys. The employees here are so considerate and attentive. Wanda has helped me the past several times, and she is fantastic! She’s given several excellent menu suggestions, and always has a smile on her face. This Zaxbys is phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

Some Zaxby's I go to have an awfully slow drive thru. This drive thru was fast and efficient. The mini chicken sliders I ordered were perfect. They skimped on the fries a little but luckily the sliders were enough to satisfy me. If you go to any Zaxby's I suggest you go to this one. Cleanest and fastest I've been to around the Charlotte area. Will definitely be going here for lunch more often.

Food is good and they are quick at what they do. Good place to go and get a bit to eat.

Well what can I say about Zaxby's? The food is good when they're not out of it. The wait staff is very friendly always helpful. To be honest I'm kind of disappointed that the last two times they've been out of what I wanted but that just means the food is good and people buy it all. I love the salads the sandwiches are good as well .the chicken is always good. What I suggested to other people? yes I would.

Visited this new location at lunch, clean as it should be and well staffed. Expediter at the counter really kept the orders moving, should always have that during peak hours. Best fried mushrooms you can get anywhere to be honest.

Nice place for Sunday dinner with the family. There's something on the menu for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy casual. And, as you know, Zaxby's is famous for its chicken. Food is ready in a reasonable time. Customer service is good, too. So, enjoy at your leisure.

Your french fries do not disappoint. I pass through for work maybe once a month and grab a drink and fries - always fresh. Thanks

Zaxby's is always a quality meal, except I really don't like their Zack sauce. It tastes much like horseradish and mayonnaise and poor spices and I really wish they would stop giving it as a default with everyone of their meals. I much prefer their barbecue sauce or any of their hot sauces to the exact sauce. It's just gross.

From New York to Zaxbys...simply the best choice!!

I had a carry out order and was waited on by a very articulate and positive young lady. Not the typical Dawn of the dead fast food counter person

Y U M M Y! I had the Chef’s salad and ordered at the drive through. Service was great the young man at the windows was very nice.

Really good food, like most Zaxbys, service was quick. Location can be difficult to get to depending on which way on 74 you are coming from. Chicken fingers platter tossed in sauce is awesome. These meals can really fill you up.
