Every time I go into my local UPS store it is always a pleasant experience. They are able to assist with whatever you need. Helpful and friendly. No complaint here...

Helpful, conscientious staff! I brought in a large, 5’ painting. The other guys (FEx) couldn’t help me. Greg had experience packing items of this size. He packaged the painting well and shipped it for me without problems. Friendly staff remembered me between visits and answered all my questions knowledgeably.

Greg was very helpful and personable. I enjoyed my experience here!

Malcolm provided me with such excellent customer service. He went above and beyond carrying out all my heavy boxes out my car and helped me find the correct zip codes for my shipments. I was very nervous about the fragility of my items so he gave me the best rates possible and took the time to pack it for me and show me before I left. Ups is lucky to have him someone like him on the team:)

I had to return my cable to equipment. Did not have a box or label. Both of them helped troubleshoot and worked through the problem kindly. I appreciated the friendly service. Thank you!!

Easy in and way out. I’m reading other past reviews about Greg and want to add in that he is exactly the reason I chose to leave a review too. Others have said but I will emphasize this even greater, how refreshing it was to feel his uplifting energy when you walk into that store. Along with superb customer service, you can tell the team follows this lead too. The day before I had a flawless phone interaction.

I had the pleasure to visit this store today around 1:15 & was greeted by a young lady named Dalia she was so helpful & knowledgeable. She deserves a raise for such excellent communication skills & customer service , I am one satisfied customer .

Greg is the man. The staff here are always helpful and nice. And like I said, Greg is awesome and energetic, helpful, and funny to boot. He goes out of his way to be helpful and I go out of my way to use this store. Grateful they’re around.

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Greg at the Danada UPS store in Wheaton and the follow-up by UPS . They resolved a problem that was really not their fault. The envelope I mailed my passport in opened en route, and my passport fell out. I thought it was likely permanently lost.
Greg got the ball rolling for a search for my passport via various UPS channels. I received multiple phone calls from Greg and several UPS staff to help me resolve the issue. Within 24 hours, my passport was located and forwarded to its final destination.
UPS went above and beyond in their help. I was truly impressed!

I recently shipped a ceramic figurine that was large. I paid for the extra shipping for delicate items. While it was expensive but it did arrive in one piece. It was a birthday present for my 80yr mom.. Thank you!

Went to return a package. The staff was super friendly, which helped a lot with my social anxiety. The return was quick and easy, though their scanner-gun needs an upgrade.
