I came to Verizon to upgrade my phone. Eric (Kane) was very informative about my options and let me know the current promotions. He also helped me stay within a payment plan than worked for me. The switch was seamless and the discount on accessories reasonable. During the wait, Eric (Kane) was very personable and efficient. I was out of there quickly and left a happy customer! Thanks!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only downside is they only have 1 person on staff at a time so I had to wait an hour. But that was not at all the employee's fault, I'm sure he doesn't do the scheduling.

It was a very pleasant laid-back experience. I went in just to get a charging cord but realized there was a good deal on a new phone. The salesperson was informative but not pushy. After my purchase he took care of transferring everything from one phone to the other found. Couldn't have been happier!
