The food here is really, really good! And the prices are good as well. The service was the best I've had in awhile. The pancakes and omelettes were just plain awesome. Worth stopping by!

This is a nice family style breakfast restaurant. Our booth was small but comfortable. There was a large selection of dishes available on the menu. 2 of my children brought me here for Father's day. I had a combo meal, eggs, pancakes bacon and sausage. My daughter had a crepe with fresh strawberries, my son a skillet and a side of pancakes. It was delicious.

Best breakfast place around. The skillets are delicious and include a full layer of hash browns. VERY popular on the weekends, but never a long wait, if any. Unless you're a big eater, you'll be taking some home with you.

They feed you pretty good here and pretty much you could probably split up one meal if a parent with your child. If not then you will have leftovers for lunch or dinner later.
Please tip the servers as they really do work hard and are on with refills, condiments, and whatever else before you even ask.
Bathroom is a little tight and small but at least clean.

Stopped by here on my way home from Chicago. This was a great stop on our trip. Service and food were great. If you are looking for a nice place for breakfast I'd give them a try.

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite breakfast spot. When I lived here I went weekly, sometimes twice a week. If I didn’t have anyone to go with, I went by myself, so you know if I’m in town I’m stopping in. Of course they never disappoint. I had my favorite: a vegetarian skillet with a biscuit and a side of gravy. My man has the Wisconsin omelet with pancakes. Phenomenal as usual, and always too much to eat in one setting. You can never go wrong with Red Apple!

This is our second time here, open from 7am-2pm. While Red Apple specializes in breakfast and offers a great luncheon variety. Atmosphere is neighborhood friendly and is favored by seniors in addition to folks who seem to be from everywhere. We both had the Viking, which is 2 eggs (they serve 4), 2 Swedish pancakes with Lingonberrys, Canadian bacon (or ham off the bone, or sausages). Coffee was good and we took food home. Breakfast was about $17 each. We will definitely be back. Want baked German pancakes? They offer so much.

Amazing food, friendly staff, a classic diner experience.

The atmosphere was very clean, the food was very good and the service was pretty quick. We got our refills on coffee as well as we got checked them every few minutes to see if we needed anything if we had to make a complaint. There was a small little egg shall piece in the eggs but nobody's perfect. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Great place. Been to Red Apple many times and always great service and food. There is usually 7 adults and 4 small kids ( all under 4 years old) and they never wince when they see us coming. Friendly and they keep the coffee coming. Recommended.

They've got a lot of great food, but I usually get a waffle with blueberries. This has become the place that my mom and I will go when she visits. I know the food will be good and the service will be great--they are very personable and sweet there. I also recommend the Dutch baby. Definitely check them out. Oh- and the portions are a good size as well :)

I have gone here for years. The only thing I wish they'd consider changing is their bacon. It is thick and a little chewy. I think thin and crispy would be a great change. Other than that it is the perfect neighborhood breakfast place

**little update** back after 2 pandemic non-restaurant years. Same great place same great people. Have plastic dividers between booths which is awesome. New floors look clean and sharp.

Clean, friendly,delicious sums it up.
Will go back and try something new. Very nice menu to pick from.

Every Sunday I go there with my family and enjoy their breakfast choices. Never had a bad meal.

I used to visit this restaurant pretty frequently about 20 years ago with my mother and my grandmother. I don't think I've been there since. I was in the area and decided to stop in for breakfast with my daughter this morning. The place looked exactly the same! It felt very nostalgic.

The restaurant was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Our food came out fairly quickly and everything was delicious. I had the Red Apple Special Skillet with pancakes and my daughter had the Belgian waffle with bacon. Nice, big portions! I brought half of my skillet home and had it for lunch.

The food was awesome. Pancakes were delicious they you a lot of food for your money.

I had a cornbeef and hash eggs, rye toast, and a half order baskets and gravey everything thing good except my toast was not toast.

Great food, unusual. Huge portions. Great prices. Quick, efficient, friendly service. Breakfast and lunch place.

Waitress Stephanie made my day. She shared with us about the different foods & what's good & was kind and more that's why we returned.
