Starbucks

I love Starbucks. I’m normally not used to expecting excellent customer service from a fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the gentleman at the window was able to fix my drink that was made wrong at first. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with chai that was recommended to me by him and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location to anyone, the employees are incredibly fast and were able to work through a very long line of cars very quickly.

My time at Starbucks was awesome, all thanks to your great barista Luke. The thing that made it memorable was not just the perfect coffee but Luke's attention to detail—he knew my name and my drink. His outstanding customer service deserves a shoutout, and this guy definitely deserves to be a Supervisor (if he isn’t one already). He’s got that personal touch that you don’t see every day and you should be proud to have him on your team!

I had a great experience here at Starbucks! The staff was quick, friendly, and accurate. I was impressed by how well they handled the rush hour crowd. The coffee and food were delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

First time at this location. Did drive thru. Apple Crisp Macchiato Coffee was good. Cinnamon Coffee Cake not what I expected. Cashier made an error and told me my order was on them. She maintained a level pleasant tone with a smile the whole time. She volunteered the info of her error. Great customer service. Thank you. I'll go back again. There's always a line in Drive Thru and it moves quickly.

This location is always extremely busy but that doesn't stop the baristas from being friendly! Even when there is a rush they are full of smiles and always welcoming people as they walk in. The drinks are good. One thing I like is that they fill your cup. At some Starbucks I've noticed if I ask for whipped cream they'll leave inches of space which is annoying when paying $5+ for a drink. Definitely come here if you're in the mood for Starbucks.

Great spot for a Starbucks. The parking situation can be a bit stressful at times, especially when they're getting a delivery. But I have legs, so parking a little further away isn't the end of the world.

The best staff I have run across in a Starbucks - many have made the effort to greet me by name. Great space with some darker areas and others with more daylight so it can feel different depending on where you sit. My only complaint is corporate - most poorly designed drive thru and parking lot I have seen.

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and I love it. It has great service, the food display looks delicious, and it has great hours. It opens at 4:30 a.m. Every time I come here there is a different vibe. Sometimes it's full of college students and other times working adults or returnees. The audio is also good.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in a while but I decided to go because I have a really early morning shift. When I got up to the menu the cashier, Ashton, was so friendly and so amazing. I’m not usually a morning person but he actually made my whole morning. I love to see such a happy and bright disposition at 6 o’clock in the morning. While you’re waiting for my food we had a really good conversation and I really enjoyed talking to him. Like I said before are usually don’t go to Starbucks often but next time I go to Starbucks I will definitely be going to this one. Not to mention that the food and my drink was great! I

Great location and exceptional customer service. Matt at the drive thru was the friendliest Starbucks worker I’ve ever met. And my drink was perfect.

This starbucks is one of my favorites. Seems like it's one if the busiest as well. Plan on waiting a little bit for your order, if you go inside to order. Best to do mobile orders for this place, especially on the weekend. Great customer service, always!!

I really like the Baristas at this location ,they are all so friendly and give great service every day!
Even when it's crazy busy the always give a quick hi or a wave .
They are genuinely nice people , who care !
Now a days not always so easy to find people with positivity.

This starbucks is typically very busy and can take a while if you go through the drive through. But they always make the drinks correctly and tastey. I normally go through the drive through. I have noticed they allow indoor ordering. And they have outdoor seating.

Easily the BEST location I’ve been too. The drive thru was moving fast and they were efficient. The employees at the window were SUPER friendly and nice, unfortunately could not catch their names but they were super helpful and polite. Made my day!

Actually nice baristas who remember customers. Always patient and willing to help craft your perfect drink!! I drive 5 minutes outta my way to go to this specific Starbucks, even when the drive thu line is long!

Clean, fast, easy access off Butterfield and 53, open early, big drive thru and never a long drive thru wait. Best matcha tea latte with oatmilk around lol

My knitting group meets here and they never mind us taking up a few tables since we all buy stuff, even if we stay two hours or more. Drinks arrive quickly and they almost always have the food in stock that I like.
