Fantastic customer service! We bought a hot tub at American Sale many years ago and we recently needed to replace the cover. Audrey at the Carol Stream store is amazing. I sent an email to the store and she responded via text with my options and costs. When I stopped by the store to finalize the transaction, she had all my paperwork ready. She even texted updates for the delivery. Amazingly efficient and friendly!!

We were shopping for a hot tub after having a Caldera hot tub for over a decade. We went into American Sales in Carol Stream to see what features hot tubs had now. We had the pleasure of working with Sallie C. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating as she even let us try getting in and out of one of the floor models. (I have a mobility issue and she totally understood.) If you are headed into American Sales in Carol Stream, ask for Sallie!

Audrey (Sales Manager) was extremely helpful and made the sales process go very smoothly. The delivery team provided a window of 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:30 sharp! Did a great job setting everything up. A+

Jeff T was great. He took the time to help us built our patio set and fire pit table. He spent extra time making sure all the covers fit properly. We are very happy with the service.

I compared a lot of places before purchasing my pool a few years ago and all the other sales teams were rude and acted like they didn’t want to help me. I went with this place because everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. 4 years later I am still happy I made this decision. Sometimes I have come in and asked for items out of season and they will follow up with me if they are able to find it. I needed a replacement screen for my pump and multiple people contacted me with shipping information, and updates, showing how great they communicate with the customer and how much they care. Jeff, Audrey, Colton, Mike, and Sarina really make this place stand out compared to other locations and competitors. I have recommended everyone I know to purchase a pool from this location.

So many fun things in this store from hot tubs to grills to air hockey tables. Cassy was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They had 0% financing for 48 months on most items. Definitely worth checking out!

Purchased a Springfree trampoline and the entire process was easy. We went to the Carol Stream location, where I was able to see the trampoline and my kids were able to test it out. There was no pressure to buy and the order process was easy. It was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.

Our family purchased a play set from American Sale. Our staff associate was manager Cassy. She was helpful and knowledgeable the whole way thru. No one was pushy or using poor etiquette during our visit which was also very appreciated. Once we made our decision, Cassy walked us thru from start to finish. It was installed in less than a week and we’re very satisfied.

Raul and Lalo were great. Very professional and installed our gazebo perfectly. They asked me exactly where I wanted it and did a perfect job! So happy with my new gazebo now.

Great customer service. We ordered a swing set for delivery and was delivered the same week it was ordered. They gave us the wrong slide but after reporting it they came the following weekday to change it to the right one.

They have the nicest high quality merchandise! We love the patio set we purchased!! We are now looking at the matching dining set. C.R. Plastics are not only beautiful, but will probably last forever and they are all weather so we don't have to worry about finding room to store them. We can leave them out year round.

This was my first time purchasing something from American sale, and overall it was a smooth and easy transaction. Cassandra was great, she had previously helped me before when I went to look initially. I wasn't ready to make a purchase but Cassandra was nice enough to answer some questions for me without any pressure. Well today I was ready to buy and Cassandra was very helpful asissting me in picking out my new big green egg. Will definitely come back to see her when I need new stuff. I would definitely recommend asking for her if youre you're looking to make a purchase at the American sale in Carol Stream!

I was shopping for a swingset for my daughter’s birthday. I had shopped around online but American Sale made the experience so easy. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and the store.

Purchased a pool from Colton Kiefer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked with us to help satisfy our needs in replacing our 20+ year old pool. There were a lot of questions and he answered every one of them confidently. Now we are just waiting on install! Thank you Colton
