Pizza Hut

I ordered online for delivery. Food came sooner than estimated time and was hot and fresh. I had a pizza that wasn't made as thin crust as I asked. But once I called and explained, they were back at my door in no time with the freshly made pizza! And not only did they accommodate the mix up, they even double triple checked that I had the type of sausage I wanted. Overall a great experience! Thanks guys!

Edit- This location seems to have improved greatly. My order yesterday arrived in a timely manner. The pizza was so fresh that the boxes were almost too hot to hold. Everything was delicious and made perfectly to order.

I would definitely recommend this location.

Old review- My pizza was never delivered. I called the store repeatedly, and they just hung up on me over and over. I called customer service to complain about an hour after the pizza tracker said it was out for delivery. I got someone from overseas telling me "I will pass this along to upper management, and hopefully we can get your pizza delivered to you." After another hour, I called customer service again and asked for a refund. I was told "I will pass this to upper management and they will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to talk to you and maybe get you a refund."

I paid $60 for pizza that was never delivered, and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to "maybe get a refund." Do not order from them ever. They will cheat and defraud you, and there is no accountability.

Great service, friendly staff & great customer service..The pizza we had was very good. Will go again.

Hottiiieeess! I'm talking about their pizza for DELIVERY! Online and delivery service is so easy, efficient, time saving, and quick! EVERY time, our pizza was drooling hot and stretchy... that's the cheese I mean! And those garlic breadsticks...nommnommz. Sorry typing with my mouth full..

We were the only people dining in the entire time we were there. Seems like the area is still set up for COVID era spacing, there are only a half dozen tables/booths.
Pizza Hut has their recipes down to a science by this point. You don’t wander in wondering what you’re having.
Seems like they do a pretty good amount of deliveries.

The pizza I ordered last week was very good, but not exactly what I order. I was promised credit on my next pizza, the person I spoke when I tried to get my credit was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting to be given a hard time, but the employee made me feel Pizza Hut cared about getting things right. And this time the pizza was superb and exactly what the doctor ordered. Fast, Hot and Delicious!!!!

The Pizza Hut on Dodgen Loop consistently gets orders correct and he food is always ready on time and hot. It also doesn’t taste like it’s been cooked too early and heated under heat lights. This is who we use when we want take out pizza

Since I am the only one eating the pizza, I usually get the personal pan supreme. It has all the toppings I like and the thick crust. It is just right for me. It is easy to get to and since I am a Temple resident, I have been getting pizza there for many years.

This is a nice Pizza Hut. Been coming here for over 20 years. Funny story many years ago: I called in an order and went to pick it up in the drive thru. The 1st employee looked in the warmer by the drive thru window, then went in the back to look. I waited several minutes and occasionally saw employees peeking around the corner. (to see if I was still there?) Another employee came & looked in the warmer and then went in the back again. Finally, another employee casually walked up to the warmer, (a few feet away from me) grabbed my order & handed it to me. I was upset at the time for waiting 20 minutes while my order was right there the whole time, but looking back it's kinda funny!

The pizza was good, service was excellent very courteous great customer service. They should pay attention to how employees look, like being respectful and keeping there pants pulled up there dirty underwear shouldn't be seen by the public at the drive up window image is everything and making sure employees wear a mask at all times this virus is still here and customers should feel safe that there food is being prepared safely. PIZZA HUT LIVES MATTER

There is a girl named Jamie who works here that gets all 5 stars! She is friendly and can multi-task while smiling through it all! She should be commended for her value to this store!

Great service when I called in my order. The order taker was extremely nice and friendly and accommodating. The delivery man Jeff was awesome as well. Prompt and professional! Pizza tasted great!
