Dunkin'

The place has since been under construction and is now a nice size on the inside. It is also clean and the coffee is great!

We had some good coffee today. They remodeled this Dunkin and now it’s so big and clean. We were able to sit outside but there are only 2 tables, so hopefully they add some more over time.

Haylie came through in a big way for our family this morning. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday boy doesn't like cake so we decided to serve his favorite dessert instead, donut holes. Haylie in the middle of the rush, gracefully filled our order quickly and was incredibly friendly. Having worked myself in the past in food service and also at a country club, I know I inadvertently created a stressful situation. Please recognize Haylie for her performance in keeping everyone happy, maintaining the line happiness, and navigating the situation like an expert. I'm truly grateful! Thanks again.

Shout out to the team working at Indian Trail Hwy 74 Dunkin'! Lines were around the lot, angry customers inside, yet the whole team working hard patiently filling orders. I wish people would relax and appreciate all the hard work being put in. Remember the season, Merry Christmas!

A big shout-out to the gentleman working the window this morning, who noticed the doggo in the car and offered a "pup cup." We had just come to the vet where we had a less than ideal diagnosis, and although the dog was clueless to it all, it was a cosmically well-timed treat. I really appreciated he went out of his way to offer it to us, even though it took extra time to make. Dunkin managers -- this is the type of guy, with integrity and dedication, you want to mentor from working the window into managing a store!

The manager Candice was extremely nice. She offered me donuts while I waited on my order.
I called & spoke to Jennifer earlier about my order & when I got there, she remembered. ALSO, their prices are cheaper than the Sun Valley DD.

The best 7 am date. It was quiet and not busy at all. Loved the avocado tomatoe toast and plain latte with whole milk. Hubs menu never changes though-French curlers and Boston cream:)

Pulled up to the window and saw sign that said they were under new management, I asked one of the employees what happened, and they told me they got a new manager and I had the chance to meet her as well. Everyone was so friendly. Unlike the old manager whereas it constantly felt as if she was rude or in a bad mood. So excited for the employees to have a new strong lead.

Yall I don’t know who was in charge of making my bacon and cheese roll ups today but thank you so much!!! Tomorrow is my birthday and I’ve had the absolute worst week so far. I normally don’t go to this location but I decided to stop in and get myself a little treat and I’m so glad I did!! Thank you to whomever worked on my order today!! It takes the littlest things some times to brighten someone’s day even if it is just bacon and cheese roll ups with a little something extra and an iced caramel coffee!!

That creamy and rich coffee tou crave in the weekends, yes exactly that's your place to go grab it!

You can’t beat a place that sells breakfast, donuts and ice cream. What more could you want. My kids and I sure love this place.

Staff provides good coffee & good customer service. Whether I come through the drive thru or walk in they always remember me & my specific order. Great customer retention initiatives

Just got breakfast, a new employee named Jackie help me in the drive thru window. Her amazing attitude was just the blessing I needed to start my errands for the weekend.

The drinks and food are always on point. Fast, friendly service. It's especially notable that they can remember my order when I say good morning in the drive through! It's an A+ staff at this location. I won't go anywhere else.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to the employees of his place cuz it's the only place I have found and this entire area that consistently makes me the most perfect cup of coffee I have ever had I have not had one bad cup of coffee out of this store so thank you so very much and I will continue to come here

I can't say enough about Dunkin Donuts! I love the coffee here. It is always fresh and full bodied. The mix ins are perfectly done, if that's what you like. Of course, the donuts are fabulous but I seriously come in for the coffee! It's just that good!

Krystal, Ashton, Nick are so polite and everyone was very fast with my order 10/10!! They make the dunkin experience one hell of a experience!!! I see upper management written all over Krystal like why is she not the manager like whaaaaaat?! Dunkin if you see this wake up!
