I love everything about Ottawa Jazzercise Center! I have been attending OttawaJazzercise Center for about 3 years now. There are so many things I love about it, here are just a few:
1. No one is judging you! No matter your age, size, or fitness level, all are welcome!
2. There are no mistakes at Jazzercise, only accidental solos, so leave your nerves at home!
3. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, and great motivators!

I started at Ottawa Jazzercise around 2012. I loved it then but took a break from it and had went back here and there. About 4.5 years ago I changed my whole lifestyle with eating and attending Jazzercise again almost everyday. I love the sport I get and the friends I've made! It is for all levels of fitness and age groups. Love love love Jazzercise!!!

Best workout ever! I have been coming to jazzercise for about 7 years now. I love the instructors, friends I’ve made, and music. Jazzercise is for people of all ages and fitness levels (even those nursing an injury). The instructors demonstrate options for you and at the end of the day, it’s a judgement free zone so nobody cares if you’re uncoordinated. You’re missing out if you don’t come try.

Best workout to great music! The instructors are super friendly and offer different classes and sets to change things up.
