Mercy House Temple

I found every staff member to be especially caring for my aunt during her time at Mercy House in Temple. They encouraged her to participate in crafts; helped her eat when she could feed herself no longer, and kept her clean and refreshed. Rooms are kept tidy and clean. Staff are kind, caring and considerate. Two who went above and beyond were Katie and Denise. Thank you very much!

If you're looking for a safe place for your loved one with Dementia/ Alzheimer's to be taken care of, Mercy House is the place to be. My sweet 91 year old grandmother has lived there for the last year and a half but recently passed away. It was an adjustment at first for her but she fit in and learned to love her "new" home. They took GREAT care of her until her last breath. I will FOREVER be grateful for them.

Mercy House is a beautiful home and has a home away from home feel. Residents enjoy daily Activites and walks around the patio area. ShaQuiina and her staff are compassionate and helpful all of the time. Everyone knows your name and everyone feels the love. They have Spacious and bright rooms also!

The owners and staff at Mercy House are dedicated to great care while providing a clean and professionally managed facility that still feels like a home. They create a caring, family type environment that cannot be had at large facilities.

I visited Mercy House and was very pleased with the cleanliness which is important to me. The staff was caring and the residences seemed happy. The atmosphere was warm and with a home feeling. I would recommend this home if assisted living is needed.

I work for home instead senior care and I took a client there yesterday who was a former resident of mercy house to see his mother in law that is currently staying there and I was very pleased with what I saw. The staff was interacting with all clients instead of just putting them somewhere and walking away. For the workers that were on shift on jan. 4th around noon they all deserve a pat on the back for doing their jobs to the fullest.
