Garden Estates of Temple

After living in a private apartment for 30 years, my 98 year old Mother-in-law needed a more secure senior apartment. I was impressed with Garden Estates from the moment I pulled in the driveway. The grounds and building were well cared for, and the residents that were on the front porch were happy and welcoming. Stepping inside, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The sanitation and cleanliness were obvious everywhere, and again I was struck by how happy all the residents seemed to be. There were several people from her church living there, and she went from, "You're not putting me in one of THOSE places" to "Why didn't you make me do this sooner?" I pray that when it is my time, I can find a place as nice as Garden Estates.

My mom has lived at Garden Estates now for 13 months. Not only does she absolutely love it, but it has also given me a peace of mind that she is being well taken care off. She has mentioned a couple times of power outages or fire drills that have happened. The staff has been on top of everything making sure each resident is safe and even coming up after to make sure she is ok and not in need of anything. I live 30 minutes away but for times when I can't be there, I know she is in good hands. Mom's motto was "move when you can, not when you have to". She is still in good heath, thankfully,, so she is enjoying all the activities and entertainment that comes in regularly. Thank you Garden Estates staff for all your hard work, devotion to care, and personal attention to each resident!

I have lived at Garden Estates of Temple for near nine months and I have all good things to say about it. The staff and residents are always pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of activities to keep one busy. The medical staff is knowledgeable and caring. Residents are served three meals a day and snacks in the evenings. You can't ask for more. Oh yes you can...they have laundry service and trash pickup. They are the best choice, in my opinion, in the Killeen/Temple area.

I moved to garden Estates just over a year ago.I feel I was welcomed with open arms.The staff,from the Director to the servers in the dining room,to the custodians,are the most caring and kind people I have ever met.They take such good care of us.I love living here!

My experience with Garden Estates has been excellent. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, it was not an option for my mother. They were kind and went above and beyond working with me to navigate the very hard decisions associated with my aging parents.

We have been to several events there with our family. The staff is always great and welcoming. The residents are always out and about enjoying themselves and excited to see our kids. I’m sure we’ll be visiting more.

We have been performing at Garden Estates for years , they are the most professional, and loving place we have ever seen ,the managers are all on top of things ,the residents seem well cared for ,and the food is excellant, we have eaten there several times and always treated with the upmost respect and care, and when my time comes that is where I am going ,So Thanks to Garden Estates and the Whole team ,for always making us feel so Welcomed and your residents all seem so happy !

I have visited garden estates of temple a few times, the residents look happy and the staff is wonderful.

This is by far the fanciest assisted living in Temple. Our church sung there and the residents and staff were lovely.
