I brought in two phones that needed new screens and new batteries. They had both phones done in a couple of hours. Great customer service, everyone was friendly, and I saved $20 by scheduling an appt. online.

Entire process went very well. Called ahead to be sure of battery availability for my iPhone 6Plus and to make an appointment. Battery and appointment was available immediately so I took it in within 30 minutes. Check-in took about 5 minutes, went to lunch, returned and it was ready. Check out took about 5 minutes only because I purchased an additional item.
This is the second battery I have had replaced here in this phone. The previous one lasted almost two years, and I am very pleased with that as I am a very heavy cell phone user. I strongly recommend this service and will continue to use them in the future.

Great experience! My iPhone screen was shattered and they fixed it within an hour for only $70.

Only downside was that they forgot to give me my 10% discount on an accessory; but they were so nice that I didn't even sweat it. Definitely go see them for any repair needs!!!

I was able to make my appointment online and receive services within an hour. I requested a repair of my charging port and battery replacement. The tech was able to fix the charging port without having to replace, and at no charge, and the battery was replaced within 10 minutes. What great service!!! A++

Called for an appointment. I was already in Temple and it was later on in the day. For my convenience, since I was already in town, they fit me in immediately. They diagnosed my phone problems and replaced my phone battery in a few minutes. I also got a discount on the price. Highly recommend.

Had a severely damaged iPhone repaired by Ryan. The phone was bent and the screen was shattered. Ryan gave me the estimate for repair cost and time. I left my phone with him for about an hour. He called when the phone was ready. I am very satisfied with the work done and the service provided. This is now my go-to phone repair shop.

My 13 yr old daughter pretty much crushed the screen on her IPhone 6....in fact I did not think it could be repaired. I took a chance and took it to the team at We Fix it. They repaired it in less than a hour. Certainly saved me big $$$ by not having to buy a replacement. Thanks!

Today was a good day🙂I’m lost without my iPhone. I didn’t have an appointment. They booked me in right away and a hour later they said my phone would be ready. 😁Thanks to the whole staff for their hard work and their friendly and attentive customer service.

Even though they were busy, my phone was repaired (new battery in my iPhone 5s) in about 15 minutes! Excellent service and really nice people.

So Far, So Good. Phone charged to 100% and is discharging very slowly. Only been 8 hrs since installed so not much else to say except the service was good, only took about 15 minutes and a very good price.

Always have a great experience each time I visit this location. If they can’t help you right away they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are fast, courteous, and are there to answer any questions. The store is clean an extremely well run.

Cell phone had fallen off the back bumper and ran over by cars. Screen shattered in pieces. I thought it was ruined. They fixed it in less than an hour. Great job. Very fair price.
