They were able to repair my phone screen within the same day and did a great job at it. The estimated time of completion was off by almost 1.5 hours though. He told me it'll be done in an hour after drop off so I went home, ran errands, drove back after an hour had elapsed, and ended up waiting in the parking lot for another hour.

Just had my husband's galaxy s9 plus repaired. His screen was cracked and the touch screen would not work. The gentleman that helped us was very nice, and knowledgeable about the phone. He was able to fix it in less then a hour.

So I live in California, I came to visit family. I messed up my charging port at the beach (dropped it and sand got in it). Guy fixed it for me. No problem, told me the price, got my phone back on little over half and hour.
