Justin with Staas Plumbing in Temple did a great job repairing broken sewer piper in the slab. He also guided us to Nick with 254 Tunnel LLC to do the tunneling under the slab. Appreciate both these companies coming together to help us resolve this issue. THANKS GUYS!!

I accidentally booked this appointment with the "wrong" Staas. I haven't had to call a plumber since my late Rinnai tankless was installed ten years ago. Thought about canceling and calling the other guys but decided just to go with it. Probably the best decision I've made this summer. David came out and took care of the issue while saving me a TON of money. I'm talking several hundred dollars less than what I estimated the job to cost. It also helps that the plumber David is a genuinely nice guy that is also very quick and capable. Don't hesitate to book your installs with this Staas.

We used Staas plumbing to come figure out what was causing wet spots on our floor. Scotty came out and quickly figured out what was causing the leaks. Scotty was very good at his job, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use Staas plumbing the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Staas did extensive work for us a few months ago. They ran the gas lines to our new generator. This was a big project, the lines had to be run under the house from the meter (we are on a pier & beam foundation), and then via a trench from the house to the generator. The trench was dug by hand to avoid damage to sprinkler lines and a sewer drainage pipe. Additionally, they replaced our grinder pump. Not your everyday plumbing work but they handled it in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

David came out and was able to repair a bath tub faucet without replacing the unit.

My home warranty company sent out a plumbing company to replace the water heater in my attic. They were way over priced and not professional. I contacted Staas and they worked me into the schedule and were at the house 1 business day later, on time, very professional in their work and did a fantastic job....plus they were way less than the first company. Staas will get all of my plumbing business from now on. Thank you!

Justin at Staas Plumbing in Temple Texas fixed my whirlpool bathtub and did a great job. He is an excellent plumber and I highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs. He is a very nice person and very professional. Staas Plumbing is lucky to have him working for them. I will absolutely contact Justin for my plumbing work in the future.

Staas plumbing is the best. They weren't going to be able to take care of my master bedroom commode until next week but called after 1 today and said they were on their way. Scott rocks!!!

Justin came out promptly to repair an leaking disposal! Good job, professional and neat.

Avoid these clowns. When calling for new service, a female owner answered and was EXTREMELY rude to my wife and I. They also overcharged the hell out of us. They only have two plumbers on hand. The plumbers themselves are actually good people, and the only reason this review is not one star.

Also, just in case you are curious, if you order a job they will charge you the time it takes the plumber to drive there and back. You won't walk away less than a couple hundred even if it's a simple fix.

STAY AWAY!

Multiple service calls and thousands of dollars later on unclogging and clean out installs (none of which solved our constant plumbing problems) I eventually contacted a different plumber because I grew tired of feeling like I was being given the runaround by Staas Plumbing.

I genuinely felt they preferred I just call them back for service calls every few months instead of making the permanent fix I asked for.

I grew frustrated because no one seemed to be able to discover the cause of the constant backups the house was having.

Finally, I contacted Blount’s Instead and they found the root of the problem and fixed it once and for all. No more headaches and no more service calls.

Call Blount’s if you want a fix. Call Staas if you want to repeatedly have a plumber show up and throw money down the tubes on service calls.

Wouldn’t recommend at all just hung up on me after they broke a toilet left it to flood and told me it’s not there problem if it floods they will come out when next week when they have time. While the toilet is flooding and broken! 😡

Lady that answered was rude and gave conflicting info on rather or not someone could come out today. When someone is calling a plumber the last thing they want to have to deal with is someone on the other end of the phone with a bad attitude. Would not use this company or recommend them based on this very poor initial interaction. 👎🏼
