Misti Jefferies is the best, most caring, helpful and intelligent doctor I have ever met. Constantly figuring out how to help me best on top of ALL her other patients needs. If I didn’t know better, I’d think she was just a dream. So grateful our paths met.

I recently met with Mistee J. and absolutely loved her. She is so easy to talk to and will explain anything to make sure you understand what she's saying. I really don't know the right words to string together to make other understand how much I loved meeting with her. I've always had a hard time talking about my past in a non-joking matter, but it was so easy with her.
Also, she gives off a Linda Belcher vibe (Bob's Burgers). Mom-like, warm, funny, understanding. She is the real-life Linda and I fully believe that.

I finally found a real pro in the mental healthcare field of central TX. MISTEE JEFFERIES, I've been to many for talk therapy but nobody has ever read me like a book and on my first visit! She's like an FBI profiler for serial killers except she profiles normal people who may just be in a rut and need a serious answer or two. She's great!

I was about to give up on the entire “therapy” thing because of negative past encounters. I want to thank the brilliant person who recognized the need to open an office in Temple. I searched long and hard to find a private psychiatrist in Temple that was NOT affiliated with S/W.

Mistee is amazing, she understands what its like juggling being a full-time working mom with two small children and just having the feeling of overwhelm and coming home and wanting to veg out. Mistee Jeffries is the absolute best, she goes above and beyond, from dealing with medication shortages, or the cost of medications she will do everything she can to make sure you get what you need and can afford it. She makes sure you understand the medications, is open to feedback on the medication and works with you to make sure you get the right medicine and the right dose.
She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and at ease when talking about difficult topics.
I highly recommend her to everyone.

My older sister and I have been working with Mistee for a couple years now. We had to overcome a very difficult trauma in losing our Mom during Covid. My older sister is special needs and her grief process is unique and required some extra support. Mistee has gone above and beyond in helping me and my family throughout this process.
