Been over 6 weeks since we’ve began seeking help for my husband and they haven’t even diagnosed him properly. Much less given him any adequate help. He’s been to several appointments and is Still suffering. They’re over booked and under staffed.. Incompetent and inexperienced counselor. Although I commend the triage nurse who was great and another psych nurse (Penny) is great and above reproach. Our experience has been dismal

They never pick up, constantly cancel appointments and never reach out when they're supposed to.
