English Maids Temple

Michelle was awesome! We ran into an issue when I needed to push our appointment back a couple of hours, and it was no problem. She came out and got started on the house. The attention to detail was great. Everything from cleaning doors and baseboards, a thorough vacuuming. The fridge may be cleaner today than it was when I moved in. She cleaned our showers really well too. And the whole time she was so pleasant and kind. I would recommend English Maids to any friend in Temple.

Maids and Moore out of Belton has worked for me for the past few years. I have never had a maid service in past but I am certainly glad that I met a Summer. They came out and looked at our place and were very quick to come back with a beyond fair rate for a regular service for my family. We are extremely busy people and have very little time to take care of our largest investment. It has been a huge blessing to us having that extra time freed up and by such a professional and courteous group. Not only is it a great service but on top of that they also send a Quality Control person to follow up on the work of their crew and to make sure that we have been completely satisfied by their service. We have gained such a trust with them that they have the code to our house and come and do their work and let themselves out even when we aren’t here. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.

Mary and Sara quietly and efficiently gave my house its monthly cleaning.They explained to me that one of the "smears" to which I called their attention was probably left when the door was installed and they were afraid that trying to get the smear off the door glass with the tools they had might scratch the glass in the door. We chose to ignore the smear. I appreciate their attention to detail., I do not feel the need to follow them around while they are cleaning.

I called on Maids and Moore in an emergency. I found an extended family member with dementia and needed deep cleaning services. The manager arranged for a crew to start work that very same day. The work they did was fantastic. They came back again to help another day and now the family has scheduled them on a recurring basis because they did such great work. They were my angels and a prayer answered. Thank you Maids and Moore!
