Stephanie and staff at the Ottawa Lincare were very kind and helpful and made my mother and I feel cared about. They explained to Mother how to use her machine and helped her to understand it. They worked with her with the mask fitting and adjusting. Also they followed up with us and reached out to us by phone when they needed to. We can also go to the office if Mom needs an adjustment or even just for support. Thank you, Lincare for making this a positive experience for Mom and I!

Lincare Ottawa location has great staff. But honestly they could use new computer systems. If corporate would get them set up with some upgrades they would be able to do things in half the time. They struggle with the outdated equipment. The staff is excellent the only complaint I ever hear from others waiting is the computer issues. Please upgrade and you would be surprised the increased volume of patient care due to their ability to work at a much faster pace.

I live in Ottawa Ks and use the Lincare close to me. I think we have the best people working here. Whenever I use I have had to reach someone after hours they have always gotten back with me as quickly as possible.

The staff are great they go out of their way to assist and are very caring and knowledgeable.

Every time I’ve called or they called me to get my wheelchair the have been so very nice. They called me every step in the process to let me know what was being done and when to expect my wheelchair. I will refer this company ever chance I have.

They may or may not deliver my mom's oxygen supply on time. They are unreliable. We don't have a way to pick it up ourselves so we need them to deliver it. But they gave HORRIBLE customer service!!

Ordered a nebulizer 2 months ago still no nebulizer

If you need supplies for your healthcare don't go here. They're too busy to get you in for at least a month.
edit: Too busy to help me for a month but have time to read and answer their Google review inside of an hour, instead of HELPING THE CUSTOMER.

I agree with some of the bad reviews. My husband was to get a CPAC machine. Never could get them on the phone. And when they finnaly called they set up an appointment. They never showed up to the house, waited all day no show and no call. Glad we didn't pay in advance as was suggested by them (would never have gotten your money back). That was 7 years ago still never did hear from them.

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with Lincare's level of service.

Bi-pap supplies (replacement masks and headgear) were ordered at the end of August 2022. It is now the middle of October 2022 and the supplies have yet to arrive. Four phone calls have been made to the supplies center (the local location does not handle replacement supplies, which, in my opinion, is dumb) - 1-2 of the calls made by the local location. Each time, the supply center has promised to ship the supplies out with overnight shipping. Records show that they have been reordered 3 different times and still nothing.

As a bi-pap user with extreme apnea, this is a matter of life and death. The only response locally? "We're so sorry you are experiencing this. Let me give them a call tomorrow and see if we can light some fires under th and get this matter resolved. "

Another thing, forget about leaving messages with the local location or believing them when they say they will look into something and then call you back. They NEVER call you back. This has been a problem since first becoming a customer of Lincare. I have found that the only effective method is to physically walk into their office andakenmy presence known. Of course, there's always a 50/50 chance you'll be told that the person that's needed to answer the question or do whatever it is you need, is currently out of the office, but as soon as she returns, we'll have her give you a call.

However, Lincare NEVER fails to bill monthly. Funny how that works. The bill knows where to come to, but the supplies can't figure it out.

Honestly, I'm on the last straw and just about to walk away. My advice to you? Keep looking for a supplier.

Horrible Customer Service in the billing department. Charged my cr card even after I had called them and told them to come pickup the equipment. The kept refusing to pickup the equipment as the doctor had not contacted them. I told them I would sign a refusal of treatment form even, still no go. Finally had my cr card company cancel the card and issue a new one.
My parents always used the Lincare out of Lenexa, wish I had done the same.
