I called a day in advance to book a machine. Drove over 2 hours from East TX to get to H&E in Temple. When I arrived no one was at the front desk, a gentleman came out of an office asking what I needed. I explained what had been set up, I was informed they did not have the machine that I was looking for, so he called someone from the shop to take me an show me what they had. After returning to the front and telling him which one was suitable I followed him into his office and was quickly told I am on a conference call, ( I took it as get out) and stepped back to the lobby he then comes and tells I cant rent that machine to you. " had to have a different type of account", that is fine, but no offer of a substitute, no offer on helping to set up the necessary account just I cant rent to you. I left, had to drive over to Bryan tx to pick up another machine.

Just note that customer service is pretty poor. I will rent from H&E, but never from the Temple branch, Or I should say I will never attempt to rent from the temple branch again.
