Do not use this gym! Unprofessional and shady!! Cancelled membership after a month . Paid for the additional 60 days that I had to give notice. They are still charging my credit card and should have stopped August 1st. I have been charged for two months and they currently owe me a refund for $176.56. I have called several times to inquire about the charges and sent an email! Today when I thought I was calling the actual establishment - the owner answered but was at an event and said she would call me back. I called back after two hours- no answer. She called me back and said she was in an elevator and had to “dry off “ when she got to her room and pull out her computer. The owner answers from a remote phone.
Do not give them your credit card information! I’m now having to deal with my bank and explain what this business is doing and try and get reimbursed. I will be reporting this business.
Do NOT use Temple HOTWORX!!

The actual facility/equipment was fine, but the management was not customer friendly. They were focused on squeezing as much money as possible from members instead of providing value to members.
