Timothy Chad Mccormick, DO

Dr. McCormick is a wonderful, personable, caring, calm and patient physician who answered all my questions. My surgery and cancer treatments saved my life and I am eternally grateful for his OUTSTANDING care. We have been to other hospitals in the area and they were a complete failure. They are the complete opposite of Scott and White hospital and Dr. McCormick. Thank you, Dr. McCormick, all of your team and all the sweet nurses at the oncology center! You guys rock!

Dr. McCormick has been my doctor for 3 years now. I have Endometrial Cancer and he is the nicest doctor I’ve ever known.
He takes good care of me and makes me feel comfortable every visit. He’s a great doctor.

Dr. McCormick is truly amazing! I feel so lucky to have had received care from him. He did a phenomenal job with my surgical procedure. I had very minimal pain. He took his time to make sure my husband and I understood all the options we had and explained everything with fluent knowledge. On the way home from my surgery, my husband and I were talking about what a great experience we had with Dr. McCormick. We both felt that peace in mind that we did the best choice to have him as my surgeon. He has an awesome personality and I would always recommend him to anyone. He’s truly one of the best!

Dr. McCormick is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever seen. Facing a total hysterectomy for probable cancer, I was pretty scared but he put my fears at ease. He did a great job on my surgery and I had very little pain and no problems in recovery. I can highly recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty.

Had surgery with Dr. McCormick about 2 weeks ago. Have had some complications and questions (due to no fault of his totally me) and he has been hands down the most attentive and caring doctor i have ever had in my 29 years on this planet. He is very comforting and reminds me of the great Robin Williams. His smile is really warm and his bedside manner top notch. He is absolutely amazing and I only wish I didn’t have to give him up. If you have a choice, chose him. No arguing, no fighting, no having to advocate for help, just pure help. I am still dumbfounded that he is this amazing and I got to see him.

Dr McCormick has been by far the best OBGYN I have seen! He took time to go over all my concerns and make me feel more at ease. He really cares about his patients! After total hysterectomy, I hardly had any pain once I returned home. Highly recommend him to anyone wanting a caring and compassionate Dr!

Dr McCormick is by far the best OBGYN I have seen. He is very confident and makes sure the patient has all of the information they need before and after surgery. No one else compares.

“Dr. McCormick is the best oncologist in the State of Texas.”- says my mother and we agree.
My Mother’s surgery took place late one day and she was going home the next morning and didn’t even need any extra pain medicine.
He takes the time to talk with the patient and family and answered all our questions.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. McCormick. He is kind, caring and has a terrific sense of humor. After a total hysterectomy, BSO I felt no pain and needed no pain meds. I did, however, need a follow-up exam. I had not seen an OB/GYN in 32 years (yes, 32 years) and he managed to put me at ease. Kudos Dr. McCormick!

Great doctor...made me feel Comfortable .
listened to all of my concerns. Answered all my quiestions. Had no pain after surgery just a little soreness. Made me laugh .Great sense of humor. Would recommend him to anyone.😊

I accompanied my wife to this mans office for a hysterectomy consult, that her gynecologist setup. This man came in the room suggested a medication that my had already been on years prior. It did the exact opposite of what she needs. He talked to us for about 5 minutes about her issues and then went on to talk for about 30 more minutes about her weight. He told us that if the medicine didn't work or if she changed her mind that we could go ahead and do the surgery. After my wife looked into the medication and found out what it was she changed her mind. She called back to try and get moving forward with the surgery. His nurse was rude and belittling on the phone. The nurse told her that he is refusing to do the surgery and his partner in the practice would just say the same. He is a COWARD of a Dr that lies and dodges telling the truth. The Doctor was more concerned with my beard than fixing my wife's issues.

0 stars is what this so called "doctor" deserves! My sister has been battling issues for years. She's tried everything to no avail. She was referred to this man being told that he would help with overweight people. All he did was place her on a pill she's tried before and lecture her about her weight which she has TRIED to loose but it returns due to underlying issues this fool should be addressing but only wants to look at the surface. This pill mind you has a weight gain side effect, his intelligent nurse informed her "medicine doesn't make you gain weight calories do". She was denied the surgery she needs to be able to function in life as human being by a whole 5% increase in risk and shes very aware of that! This entire office is repulsive! It's very clear where their priorities are and its definitely not helping people when they need the help! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I had to comfort my crying mother because this guy dismissed her issues as "weight gain". Previous gynecologists agreed and even encouraged her to get a hysterectomy, but referred her to Timothy Mccormick for a second opinion. However, instead of helping her, he belittled her, shamed her, and shoved her out the door with generic pills. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!

McCormick is very unsure about his work. My mom was his doctor for a couple of years. He operated on her then 3 days later he had to do an emergency surgery on her. He was not sure what happend after the first surgery that left my mother fighting for her Life. Within 11 hours she had passed away😭😭 We need answers ASAP.
