Courtney Tate, Counselor

Courtney Tate has truly changed my life! Having seen a handful of family counselors in my lifetime, her skills as a LPC are unmatched. When I first started meeting with her, she was soft and tender in the ways she helped me identify areas in my life where there is opportunity for growth and change. She has taken me from needing help identifying these areas, to now being able to identify them (mostly) on my own. She asks the hard questions and does not shy away from hard truths. I am eternally grateful for the progress I have made under her guidance and care. If you're willing to also do the work, 10/10 recommend!
