Regency Manor Healthcare Center

The DON and Administrator genuinely show they have all of the residents at the facility as their main priority. I have never worked in a facility where the Administrator takes time out of his personal schedule to visit residents that have been sent out to the hospital. I have always had a positive feeling with everyone at Regency Manor.

My father-in-law is a respiratory this facility. I would like to say that the whole staff has been wonderful. From the administrator on down, we have had nothing but good interactions
It doesn't matter what time it is we can always get to someone. I would highly recommend this facility.

Regency Manor is a super great place with the most caring staff!!! The many smiling faces you see when you walk in is a reflection of how much they truly enjoy the care they receive there. Many fun, exciting activities are planned to keep them engaged and stimulated daily. I highly recommend this team when it comes to taking care of your loved one. ❤💜

I have to say, our Family was very impressed with this Nursing home that I can say honestly, became home to my brother. He loved it there as well his family. The staff treated my brother with such care. Staff tended to his every need. I hadn't seen my brother smile so much in just the short time he was there. He loved the food, nurses, staff, and getting back into physical therapy. Gave him hope. He spoke very highly of everyone there. It made our lives easier not having to worry if he was taken care of, changed, cleaned, fed, given his meds and just overall care. His room was always kept clean and his laundry was washed and given back to him and not lost. His personal belongings were kept safe. I have full respect for this facility. Our Family Thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. He felt loved there from all staff, until his last day when the Good Lord took him home. I hope you all know how much we appreciate every single staff there and how we grew to love you all in such a short time. Staff was always so good to us as well and treated us with such kindness and respect. While my brother was transitioning to his new life, you all took care of us bringing us coffe and snacks. You all comforted us, held our hands and hugged us when we most needed it. Thank you from the family of Raul N. Garcia.

What a great atmosphere. Every time I arrive, there are multiple residents smiling and laughing and the staff are also very polite and helpful.

I work for Heart to Heart Hospice and I am very pleased to partner with this facility and staff. The clinical and leadership team have been professional and provide great care for the patient's. The AD and DON are easy to communicate with and truly care about the staff, patients and families.

This is a sweet little nursing and rehab. New administration is in place and making an awesome transformation, the therapy team is amazing and nursing is caring and patient centered.

I absolutely love this place, new management is making new and improved changes to this place! It’s only getting better for the residents and the workers!

Great management! Maureen Collins, Administrator & Randa Charles, Director of Nursing are a great team with many years of experience in long term care. I have known these ladies for many years & have personally experienced the great changes at Regency under their leadership. They have a great supportive team backing them ensuring the best of care for all residents, families & staff. I am proud to be a parter in care with this team. Great people providing great care.

My grandpa did therapy at Regency Manor. The staff is very caring and professional. The therapy team there was so amazing. Patients are happy and well taken care of. Administration team is supportive. I have no complaints, and would definitely recommend!

Mother in law had a severe stroke and we found this place who could care for her. The staff has been absolutely great and most helpful. They are going above and beyond to help her regain her mobility. I can not praise them enough. With all the issues going on with COVID, they are keeping us informed and my MIL as safe as possible.

Delivered there a few times. Staff always seems happy and very attentive to patients needs. Administration is very knowledgeable and caring which makes patients feel at home and taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
