The Facility And Staff, are Amazing. If you’re looking for a Family Oriented Facility, look no further. The moment I walked in until my departure, I felt the Love and Compassion from everyone. I feel so blessed to have met such an awesome staff. My Family Member will be well provided for and taken care of. Thank You Everyone For All You Do. Continued Blessings.

First I'd like to say to visit was pleasant the site was well kept and the patients there seemed happy conversational and enjoy the surrounding the nurses there seem to be always on their toes and keeping the patients happy thank you allowing me for have to have a walk through thank you for the visit have a wonderful day

I’ve had family in this facility for years and have found the staff to be top notch more often than not. They’re not perfect but of the nursing homes I’ve been too, this one is the best. Whenever a problem has arisen, I’ve not only found the staff to be very responsive but the management is easy talk. Honestly, there is just something different about this place and my family loves it here. Wellington has made my family part of theirs.

I stayed here for rehabilitation for wound and long term antibiotics. The rooms were clean, everybody was real nice and caring and knew what they were doing. Would definitely choose this place again if I needed it

We had a great admission coordinator, Hector DeJesus. Hector is very pleasant and caring. Hector stopped by the room daily to see how our aunt was doing, and we are very grateful. Thank you, Hector!

Convenient location in central Temple. Welcoming friendly staff throughout, that care for and enjoy serving their residents/patients. Always lots of events going on to participate in.

Wellington is a five-star rated facility by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. They have a great nursing staff and their therapy team is second to none. It is an amazing facility with a great team.

The care is wonderful the cna r friendly and yes I would put a loved one there I work there and I know what kind a care we give and I know I am a very good aide along with several more.

The staff at Wellington is always friendly and helpful when I visit my friend. The building itself needs updating, everything looks pretty dated, but a plus for the staff I’ve dealt with

Do not recommend to anyone - dirty floors, bathrooms, and often did not give my mom medicine on time. Also, many nights she was not taken care of & unanswered calls for hours.

I worked here ( worst Job of my life) and I would give zero stars if I could. Worst place in a 100 mile radius. Everyone's negative reviews are sounding true to me. Wish they would close the doors.
