Staff were superb. Very accommodating, patient and kind. Extremely helpful with any difficulties I had related to processing and communications, arising from a severe TBI. Adequate Disabled Parking too. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful both evenings and in the mornings. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I found that the cook took pride in his job. Overall will stay when we come to Temple again. Thank you!

Price was a bit higher than I expected. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside the pool was closed.

Among the 2 and 3 star hotels in Temple, this is the best. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, everything is well maintained all around the hotel, and the decor is the most updated. Also, the front desk staff is very professional and kind. Best bang for your buck in Temple.

Easy check-in on Christmas Eve. Very quiet and comfortable.
Was bored and could not sleep so I decided to read the reviews and it seriously made me laugh. The owner or manager or whoever responds to the reviews kept me entertained. His replies are hilarious and so rude but in the nicest way. I found it so intriguing because I am the manager of a corporate company and I wish I could talk to customers like this!!! Checked in late Friday night had a bad experience with another motel This room was very nice and comfortable The parking was tight but other than that thumbs up

This place has great customer service. I am a Gold Member and the office manager for Wednesday Night 03/15/23 was a very polite and helpful person. He made my stay very pleasant. He had my registration ready by the time I entered the building and made my check in very easy and quick. He thanked me for my stay and made me feel special. Great Customer Service, Sir. Would have given 5 stars for everything, but it is off HWY 35, which almost made me not stay here, but now I am glad I did.

Could not get in the nearby HI Express so went here. Was pleasantly surprised. Check-in quick and efficient. Though it was late the brkfst area juice machine still turned on as was the coffee service. Nice touch after a long drive. Interior a little tired looking but clean and well-maintained. Did not affect me but I noticed the indoor pool exercise area closed for renovations. Room also well appointed and clean. Breakfast opened at 6 and it had a large variety of items, including real eggs and real sausage. A pleasant surprise after powered eggs and mystery meat sausage! Only complaint is the registration desk not manned until 7 am for checkout. There was a bell to ring which I assume would bring someone but I just had another pancake while I waited.

Front desk agent was so accommodating. My ID was stolen and she worked with me on other forms of identification. No hassle, room was comfy and affordable

I enjoyed it, though all I did here was check in, go to my room, sleep, got up, went downstairs, ate breakfast, and leave.

I have to say the owner of this Comfort Inn & Suites is beyond kind, caring, and generous. We are a family of 5 affected by the Great Power Outage of 2021. We were on day 3 without power and the inside of our house was nearing the 30's. I called every hotel I could find from Waco to Austin. The owner of this location took my number and said he'd call me if a room became available as the kids were starting to reach their limit of understanding. Well, true to his word... He called and we are now in a decent room with heat and electricity. Thank you Comfort Inn & Suites owner in Temple Texas. You have gained a loyal patron. Thank you for your kindness. He even gave the kids lunchables to have something to eat. Please do not let this kindness go without response. Choose Comfort Inn & Suites if you' need a room in Temple Texas

Nice accommodations. Free "hot" breakfast was cold but flavorful.

Surrounded by anything you might need, including a restaurant right next door that's open 24hrs. Clean rooms and nice staff.
