Schlotzsky's

Came by today for a salad, and I tried the Chicken Avocado Cobb. It was delicious with lots of toppings. Big chunks of meat and Avocado. They gave me two cups of Caesar, which was great as the salad was pretty huge. The container is great for shaking. And my tea was 10/10. The salad came with buttered breadsticks.

Blake is such a lovely employee to interact with. Not everyone here has the best customer service, but Blake is always welcoming and takes his time to make sure the customer is satisfied. Customer service isn’t what it used to be but this young man does a stellar job!

DON'T DINE IN!!! Only go through their drive through at this location! Very rude staff with low cleanliness inside.

The menu was a little pricey, quality and large serving sizes make up for the price. These sandwiches are enormous and delicious. I love the pickle on the side.

I had issues with the staff standing around chatting and playing with their phones. The soda station was out of straws, lids and almost out of napkins. They were out of a few sodas and had no note to display what syrup was out of order.

The biggest issue I had though, was that my mother and I had to walk around the building twice before we could find a decently clean table. Then when we asked the staff about the soda station and if they could clean a table, the man at the counter rolled his eyes and a woman in the back started giggling. He handed us some napkins so we could "clean the table ourselves" and didn't budge from the register.

What an absolutely sweet and pleasant group of ladies working here! And they know what they are doing, delivering up tasty, hot, fresh sandwiches with a smile! Cool, clean restaurant with ample seating. We will be back!

I've had the Cinnabons here but from the French Dip and BBQ chips alone, I can tell their sandwiches are a delicious league of their own.

Ask for their out of this world tasty Chocolate Chips while you're at it!

I hadn't been here in quite a while.. I use my safe to save App BOGO.. Can I get the Turkey fiesta and the Deluxe original. They were both so good as always.

I love schlotzsky's. What made it even better was I got my sandwich free for my birthday

Not to bad food was great, definitely enough food for two people to share and be plenty full. We ordered deluxe original style Medium with the broccoli and cheese soup and we will be back. You get your money’s worth with this order.

I absolutely love schlotzsky's I always get the double deluxe or whatever that's called I love that sandwich it's my favorite. Just went yesterday with my husband and mother-in-law. Although, they were out of black olives, that's okay. Because I'm not complaining. I will always go back again. Absolutely love their sandwiches 🥪 👍😄

The food was great..The sandwich was Wonderful

It's good food. The truck comes in on Thursday, so on Wednesday night, they are out of stuff. I have noticed that this location has a high employee turn over rate.

The employees we so friendly. There was a young woman that really stood out. It appeared she had a disability but she was always working hard. And she always had a fantastic smile.

Grabbed some cheat food, and we all know that they have some of the best cinnamon rolls ever. Good price, good snack. Their sandwiches are great too.

The manager and assistant manager were excellent. Our order was given to someone else, and we were given the wrong order. We went and told them it was wrong, and not only did they correct it, but they gave us a free Cinnabon for our troubles. They were very professional and very busy, so we were not mad about the mix-up. We did not ask them for anything extra either; we just wanted the correct order. That is what excellent customer service looks like.

I was in Temple for VA Medical and needed to kill some time before getting on I35 and heading for Austin. I stopped here for dinner, great decision on my part! The young lady taking my order was kind and courteous and some of the best customer service I have had in fast food. I wish I had her name so I could tell her boss. My food was hot and tasty and I enjoyed my meal. Thank you Schlotzky's team for a job done well.

It was a very close to closing time. The staff still served us with a smile and excellent quality.

Christine was very helpful in fixing our online order quickly. She even brought over to us, even though we were not dining in. Great customer service!

Always fast and friendly. Quality sandwiches for sure.
