The guys did a great job, granted I think they got a little more than expected when it came time to break out the old cement steps! It was a huge solid mass of concrete basically. That and no adequate rain fall, no wonder we were having foundation issues. Thanks Damien Adkins and crew for stepping up and knocking it out even though things were a little more difficult than expected! Would highly recommend this crew and KC Pier for any foundation issues!! Thanks guys!!

I had a basement escape window installed on a 1940s block foundation. I had a solid experience from sales to install crew.
Price was considerably less than the competitors and the team was very knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed in the sale. All my questions were answered and design options were priced out.

Hector and he’s team kept the mess contained and did a thorough cleanup job.
I screwed up a portion of the install job when the crew went out to lunch. The crew shook their heads at me, we laughed, and they figured out how to correct my mistake.

KC pier installed 10 piers total under my home outside of Cameron, Mo. 5 piers were placed from the inside of the home and 5 from the outside. The whole process from the time I called to schedule an inspection thru job completion was educational, streamlined, and filled with courtesy and professionalism. I didn’t have to clean anything behind them, they raked the yard where the spoil pile sat and took out the trash from the bathroom they used. Thank you KC pier and may God bless you !

Louis and his team were great! They installed our two egress windows quickly. They were very conscientious of our carpets and cleaned up their mess thoroughly when they were done. They were kind and respectful. Antonio worked extremely hard. Daniel kept us informed on the job! Overall a great experience!

From the beginning of the project to completion of the project everything was outstanding. My first interaction with the company was with Brian, we discussed the type of work to be performed and at no time during our conversation was their a sales pitch. Daniel (crew lead) and his crew showed up on time introduce himself and the work that him and his crew were going to do. The crew was very professional and courteous of personal property. When work was completed the crew cleaned up not only the work area but also the yard where work was done. Had final walkthrough with Daniel and he again explained the work that was done.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently and each individual was easy to communicate with, from the beginning estimate to the finished product. There was open communication the entire experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our sump pump quit working which resulted in flooding in our basement. KC Pier was the first company that was willing to come out that day and Steve Maloney was very professional and friendly. Steve installed a new sump pump with a backup pump and battery, reinstalled the cover and sealed it per the Radon protocol. We are very thankful and much drier now!

We had KC Pier come and add a drain to our patio. Initially, they came to look at why we had water in our basement and I was expecting a huge bid for foundation work, or new sump pump etc. But, they suggested the drain be installed as that is the root of the problem. They were very professional and easy to work with every step of the way. Highly recommend the KC Pier team.

We had a great experience with KC Pier. Sebastian and his crew worked tirelessly and efficiently. They communicated with us through the whole process and alleviated any concerns we had.

We had over 30 piers installed and the entire project, including clean up, took four days. The project manager even came back once the concrete had cured to help move the washer and dryer back.
