Beautiful venue!
We drive down occasionally for shows and ALWAYS have a spectacular evening!

I have a long history with OMA. I first performed on that stage in 1974 or so I believe. I've worked there, performed on it's stage, attended hundreds of events, and watched it change over the years. It's a great venue...the acoustics are good, the seating comfortable and well placed, and a pleasant atmosphere. The current director is a local lady that does an amazing job! OMA is one of several bright spots in Ottawa....Highly recommend.

The renovation is very exceptional. The staff is professional and extremely accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better venue!

Please get your tickets to these events early and often. Director of this facility is an excellent leader and great motivator for excellent entertainment. Great shows and new look in October 2023. Check it out!

I love this place. I watch my grandchildren's recitals. I do have one small complaint. This is not a reserved seating event. I don't think it's fair for people to come and hold whole rows of seats. I arrived early with my 82 yr old father so I could maybe get a good seat. The place was less than half full. I finally managed to find two seats in the very back of the right side. Every other empty seat we saw was being held by others who got there earlier. I get it, but I think there should be a limit on how many seats you can save.

Entertainment at its best! Live performances by some of the areas finest musicians! Comfortable theatre seating. Able to see performers from any seat in the house. Such a great place to hear country,, gospel, bluegrass,or some hillbilly rock to be enjoyed by the whole family!

Update; the auditorium has gotten a major face-lift. I went to the Lonestar concert last night and the transformation is incredible. All new seating and flooring. The lighting was also upgraded as well as the soundboard and concessions. Congratulations to the OMA director Tiffany Evans and everyone else that was involved in breathing new life into the auditorium.

I had the best experience at the OMA that I have had at any venue in years. The place is dated, but the acoustics are awesome. Tiffany, the director has done a great job

The Ottawa Memorial Auditorium is a beautiful venue. There is not a bad seat in the house. Although it seats over 800 it still feels like an intimate setting. They host some of the best artists. If you have the opportunity, attend one of their many events.

Great multi-use community auditorium! We attended a spring break activity and enjoyed the diversity this facility provides for the area's different groups as well as music programs and the arts.

Lovely venue in downtown Ottawa, KS. Very good acoustics. The auditorium has a balcony! The basement is a blank canvas that lends itself to any decor or theme. It has good lighting and photographs very well. Ample parking and located within walking distance of Luigi's and the other excellent restaurants and ice cream shop on Main Street.

Thank you so much for the Songwriters Showcase. We enjoyed watching it online in Austin, Texas. Superb! It'd be cool if the songwriters showcased would do a songwriters workshop. Ottawa is gifted with a lot of talented folk.

The director is a super gracious host, and the facilities are wonderful.
We held our Community Thanksgiving there this year and have already reserved it for next year.
If you need to rent an event venue in Ottawa, this is the place.

My husband and I went there to see the Grand O' Pry the music and guest singer's they present there are great to listen to, I would also like to thank the Reese family that present the show they do a wonderful job and make all of there guest feel welcomed, please keep doing these show"s as we always enjoy the Guest and thank you all so much.

Saturday night Opry show is a lot of fun and low cost entertainment. Took the kids to the show, they are free (12 and under). Popcorn and sodas are cheap. Time and money well spent.

It was so 🪄 Magical. Great Magic Show very enjoyable, and entertaining Reza at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium.

Was able to find a parking place and the police station is right across the street for your safety and there were plenty of seat's for everyone great place to take the family out or just go bye yourself

Was an awesome experience, music of the past Buddy Holly and company, would like to see again.

This place is neat. We go here for school plays, free Bingo nights for the kids and free movie nights for the kids. What a super cool idea and nice place!
