Great experience. No one likes to have blood drawn but, they are professional, friendly, informative, patient and appear very knowledgeable of what needs to be done.

I was seen on time. The nurse did an excellent job of finding a vein and drawing blood. This process can often be very difficult with my small, deep veins.

I made an appointment and was in and out in less than 15 mins. This lab is staffed to fit appointments only, and walk-ins are not recommended. If you want good service, make an appointment. It's super easy on their website. The woman who drew my blood was kind and great at her job.

I’ve had to get labs a couple different times here and have been able to set an appointment online and then each time was seen quickly and with no issues.
The phlebotomist who drew my labs was skillful and professional, and got me in and out efficiently both times, making it a painless experience. I definitely recommend using the appointment feature to avoid waiting, although each time I went I saw the people after me get in pretty quickly who were walk-ins.

Great service. I had to walk in an hour before closing and they squeezed me in in about 4 minutes between appointments. They can't guarantee service for walk-ins, but they will do their best.
They do require masks, but can give you one if needed.

My wife and I had a great experience at this location for a Covid test. Made appts online and were taken back and were finished in a few minutes. The technology to check in after online appt was very streamlined. Teena was the Quest rep at this location and was very nice as well as professional

Very professional and friendly phlebotomist at this location. Fast service and we never wait more than 15 minutes. Two thumbs up!!👍👍
As far as getting COVID-19 TESTING, go to Walgreens! They are doing it right. Results in 20 minutes and free, just like CDC guidelines should be and are. Quest will bill your insurance and here it is, 50 hours, still no results. But don’t take it from me, you would’ve wished you had! ❤✌🏼

Tina was awesome. Barely felt the jab. Gave up on their pathetic website scheduling and automated phone system and just walked in.

The phlebotomy was excellent. I am a hard stick and she did it effortlessly.
