Chappell Creek Village

Great property and such helpful staff. My short stay in these apartments was needed between moves. The staff responded when needed for small maintenance issues. Property is maintained well.

Chappell Creek Village is one of the best places I have lived at. The area is beautiful, clean, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and respond promptly to any repair needs that may arise. I loved living there.

This current month of January 2023, I'm beginning my 7th year living life at Chappell Creek Village Apartments. I was just visiting with our wonderful complex manager, telling her that yesterday afternoon as I floated on my back in our Jacuzzi, surrounded by woods and our two-level deck and waterfall pool, I thanked the Lord for leading me to this perfect home and apartment community, asking Him to provide the way for me to live here for many more years. I'm surrounded by this complex's natural beauty. I feel so safe living here. The entire management and maintenance staff take care of all of us residents; they care to create a quality environment, giving us a sense of home and community.

We needed a short term furnished apartment, and Chappell Creek Village has been perfect. The staff has been exceedingly friendly and helpful, answering a million questions and accommodating my work schedule when it came to picking up keys, signing paperwork, etc. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed the community walking trail and pool. There is plenty of parking, and overall the complex is nice and quiet. I have been 100% pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Chappell Creek Village.

We can’t stress enough how wonderful this community is. Susanna and Jana were fantastic to work with throughout our stay, the facility is beautiful and well kept, and we felt safe and loved in this inviting place. We lived in their furnished apartment for a short period of time; it had everything our family of five could need. The grounds have a fence around the perimeter, about 3/4 mile of trail within it, a pool and hot tub, and a workout facility that we thoroughly enjoyed. The residents are mostly older and the community is pretty quiet, but they were kind and friendly to us and our kiddos. You won’t regret living here!

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The management is very responsive and helpful. The leasing rates are also very reasonable. Just a great experience overall!

I loved this apartment! From the first week I moved in, my work orders were completed promptly and without issues. It was quiet and well-kept. I had hip surgery during my year and a half lease and they were always so helpful while I was on crutches. Suzannah in the leasing office is the best! I’m so sad I am no longer a resident due to relocation. But would definitely recommend Chappell Creek Village!

I have lived at Chappell Creek Village for five years. It has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is outstanding and the maintenance staff is very accommodating. My neighbors have been great! I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Great location just off I-35. Shopping and eating locations across the interstate. Minutes from downtown and major medical center. Two lakes within 30 minute drive. Great location and apartment building was well kept, repairs were very timely quiet location.

As apartment living goes, It is pretty nice. Good pool and common areas, and facilities are all kept quite well.
