We recently moved my parents into a renovated apartment in Washburn Towers. Tonja (property manager) has been OUTSTANDING and highly supportive of my parents throughout the entire process. Tonja and her maintenance man (Warren) made sure the apartment was clean, safe, and accommodating for my parents. Both Tonja and Warren care deeply about the residents of Washburn Towers and strive to make it a happy, pleasant, and pleasurable place to live. With Tonja and Warren's support, my parents are enjoying their new home and the entire Washburn Tower community.

I moved into Washburn Towers last fall. I've had a very positive experience since living here. The management is very attentive to the needs of it's tenants. Some of the amenities here are a theater, a library and a swimming pool. There are various activities available such as water aerobics, monthly potlucks, coffee hour and movie nights. One big plus for me was being able to bring my 2 dogs with me when I moved in. I would highly recommend Washburn Towers to others!

My aunt has lived at Washburn Towers for the past five years and enjoys her home. The manager and maintenance man has been there from the start. They all have been helpful and made sure that she is well taken care of. Maintenance is always handled quickly in a timely manner. She has had no issues with the neighbors or staff. Dog friendly building with a great outdoor walkway. Lots of community activities.

My experience with washburn towers has been an excellent one. The facility is a great example of repurposing an historic building and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to live or visit.
