The Oaks at Canterbury Apartments

Such a wonderful apartment community! The updates and features are well worth the price. I really enjoy the tiled kitchen and spacious layouts. I had never seen a 4 bedroom apartment before and I certainly wont be leaving for a long time!

I have lived here for about two years now. This is an excellent apartment complex. It's clean, the property is always taken care of, maintenance never takes long to show up if needed, they offer 24 hour emergency maintenance which is always great, all employees are respectful, trustworthy, and considerate of everyone that lives here, they allow pets, etc... if you are searching for these qualities in your next home, look no further!

I would like to just come on here and say how wonderful and great the new Property manager Tehya I've been living here for about 4 years now and the property manager before this young lady was just terrible they never answered the phone or the work orders or do little property event and Ms.Tehya She is amazing keep the great work up

Living in a college town in the past where i got taken advantage of multiple times by the awful slum lords that took over the area, It's like a breath of fresh air living here. Maintenance takes care of any issues in a timely manner, management always puts their tenants needs as their top priority and takes great care of you, the trash is actually picked up and it isn't littered everywhere like other complexes I've seen, there isn't a bunch of questionable activity going on amongst the tenants, it's just all around a great place to live, I don't plan on moving out any time soon! Thank you guys for being the landlords all apartment tenants deserve!

We have only lived her a few months but it's been a great experience. The complex is well taken care of, the maintenance man is very nice my girls love him he always calls them princess. The apartment manager Christina got us approved quickly and even worked with our situation to get us moved in sooner than we originally planned. Overall this is a great place to live there are no rowdy neighbors, and hardly any noise.

I've had very satisfactory experiences in these apartments. The manager could be a little strict, but lives up to her word & goes the extra mile when something or someone needs her attention. She responds very quickly & her maintenance guy is fast, reliable & very nice. The apartments aren't perfect, but I will happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a place where you want to be taken care of.

My company JA marconette Flatwork did some work there recently. I am so glad to see them bring that property back up. The company and property manger are really doing. Good job there
Make this a nice property

Great management that really cares is hard to find in apartments these days. The size of the apartments really sets this place apart as well. You just cannot find 3 and 4 bedroom apartments so for families, this is a real find. And for folks with pets, this place is also a gem, because they welcome dogs of all sizes. A good school district, and a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Nice little amenities like a fountain make it a plus. I am sorry about the limited counterspace, but the huge bedroom closets are such a bonus. 5 stars!

I am recently moving into these apartments and so far I a, happy with the management and community. Management was very fast, I got the information I needed, and signed my lease in the same day as I applied. Manager was kind and explained everything to me. The apartments are nice. I am really excited to be apart of this community.

I highly enjoy staying at these apartments we originally wanted a 3 bedroom and she worked with us until a 3 bedroom came available by letting us stay in a 2 bedroom. The process has gone so smoothly and the switch of apartments was convenient. Recommend these apartments 10/10

My daughter is looking for an apartment and WOW, the manager was very helpful and really didn't mind spending quality time answering our questions, [ not a given in today's world]
priced reasonably for all the updated features. Very pretty! She is excited to move in and there is room for me to visit often! [hint]

We are in our second year at the Oaks at Canterbury apartments. We have been very impressed with the management. I am disabled, and management poured a ramp so that I could easily get to our apartment. We have been told that we will have a handrail, and are excited to see that built. The Oaks definitely can take care of the physically handicapped.

Great apartment! The manager was so helpful and made sure our new home was perfect. A great community and great staff. We will live here for a long time!

My wife and I lived there for 4 years and we never had issues, management attended all issues right away, our deposit was returned after 45 days (part of it) because of move out charges but nothing to complain, we had to moved because we needed it more space for our animals and a wheal chair for my wife. But I recommend this place for live.

At this time we are very happy with are apartment, the staff here is very nice and take good care of us. a beautiful place to live. wish i had found it months ago love my apartment.come check it out you will love it

I absolutely adored the staff for the Canterbury. Very understanding, and super helpful. Answered all of my questions. Applying for the Application was easy. Even a walk through when they weren't expecting me!!! And Very well kept up on the apartments. Very large and clean!

Really nice apartments was impressed when the manager showed them to me and my wife. thought it was going to be small but just perfect for my little family. I would deff recommend them to family and friends. The area is really nice and peaceful.

Lived here for one year and really enjoyed my stay here. Management was great, good neighbors, my kid school was close. Maintenance was always quick to respond to any problems or questions we had.

Move- in was so quick and easy the property management is really attentive and very easy to work with and super friendly. The complex is kept clean and the apartment are in great condition for such a great price.

Great place to live. Very peaceful and the manager Cristina is always courteous and prompt. I hated to leave but I changed jobs. I definitely recommend these apartments.
