Beautiful apartment complex in ideal location in Ottawa ks. Right next to park, and only apartment complex in ottawa with a pool or a gym or a storm shelter. Well taken care of and amazing place.

I stayed there with my Mom, and it was the best place in Ottawa.

This is a great place to live. They have a pool and exercise room, and management is very friendly.

We had a serious mold issue in our apartment which left my daughter (age 3) and I sick for months on end. Now, I wish I would have taken photos, but it was embarrassingly BAD. Additionally, the pool was rarely open, due to people not following rules, lack of chlorine and such. We seemed to have a lot of things that needed to be fixed in our unit as it was one that had not been updated and it always seemed like such an inconvenience to management. Sidewalks were never cleared of snow and ice in a timely manner, which led to my MIL falling when visiting and me doing permanent damage to my knee due to fall on the ice in the parking lot. Unfortunately, Sienna South is one of the better apartment options for Ottawa.

Lived here for 2 years, loved it the entire time until the new manager Karen took over. She's rude, obnoxious, comes into apartments whenever she wants without notice, she's a terrible manager, and the reason I'm moving out, and will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone ever.

She also ignored multiple maintenance requests. When my tile floor started to come up, she ignored it and basically told me to deal with it. There was mold in my apartment, I ended up having a 3rd party cleaning company come out and I footed the bill. Terrible management and terrible place.

The new apartment manager Karen is an absolutely vile person. My father is disabled, and she is evicting him for, and I quote; "he needs a place that's more hands on, he shouldn't be living here, he should be in a nursing home." And said he needs to be out by the end of August. I've already filed a report for Discrimination against a disabled person.

Not to mention the 10+ people who have volentarly moved out since she's become the apartment manager, all saying she's the most rude, vile, horrible person they've ever encountered. If the owner is smart, he will kick Karen to the curb, and save this dwindling business.
