Had a fantastic experience looking into getting an auto loan today. The process was very quick and painless. The staff at Kansas State Bank is very eager to help you With your loan questions and is willing to work out different scenarios so you can bet you’re getting the right loan for you. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend them.

The staff at KSB are top-notch! They go out of their way to offer exceptional service. I am warmly greeted in a personable and friendly way. And, who doesn't want some free popcorn on Friday's?!?
When opening my account, and setting up new services, all of my questions were answered and my needs met.
This level of service is becoming very hard to find these days. Some banks are doing away with live tellers in their drive-through, using virtual tellers, which is just a fancy ATM. No thanks. That is so impersonal.
KSB provided my business with its first small loan to get us going with some needed equipment :) Gotta say, I will always be thankful for that!

Kansas State Bank is my new hometown business bank, even though
we live in southern Kansas City. In 2020 when my business needed
assistance the national bank with whom I had a relationship for over 15 years chose not to serve my business, apparently deciding their larger customers were more important. The staff of Kansas State Bank responded to my request, serving me like I had been a life long customer! We will now be that life long customer!!

We worked with Kansas State Bank on our second PPP program we qualified for. The first one I worked with a very large bank in KC and it was excruciating. To get the loan forgiven was nerve racking and took forever.

Working with Parker Olmstead and the Kansas State Bank team was a breath of fresh air. Not only did the application go very smoothly, Parker kept us informed as to when the loan would be forgiven.

KSB submitted the PPP 1 & 2 loans for all my businesses. George and Parker handled all the details and hand delivered documents to ensure that all the information and processes were taken care of professionally and with a down home style of customer service you don't get here in Kansas City. I whole heartedly endorse KSB where your feel part of their family.
