There are some cool walking trails, several lakes to go canoeing on, a sand volleyball area, and plenty of other outdoor areas to enjoy.
There is a decent size outdoor pool with a small slide and a bathhouse located right beside it.
The accommodations range from quite rustic to basic simple "hotel room".

Timber Lakes Camp and Retreat Center is a beautiful property near Ottawa, KS. It's covered in woods full of hiking trails sure to keep you busy for hours. Wildlife is everywhere. You are almost guaranteed a look at some deer or turkeys, and maybe even the occasional glimpse of a bobcat. Two fishing ponds are available and sure to keep you relaxed as you enjoy the outdoors.

Rooms range from motel style accommodations to rustic style cabins. An outdoor swimming pool is available in the summer months.

Timber Lakes can accommodate both small and large groups. It's perfect for a large group retreat, or a quick family get away for the weekend.

This place is amazing! We were bike packing and rolled in, the owners were so welcoming and awesome, they even offered to put out a pot of coffee and everything for us since we didn’t have any. Their kindness is something I won’t forget and the place is just relaxing.

A great place for group camping. Lots of land to do things and activities. Sand volleyball, basketball, fishing, swimming pool and many more!! My family loved it.
