Dr. Kutztown is wonderful. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Britt helped me find the perfect glasses and fit them expertly. I would recommend the Eye Doctors.

Me and my four year old had an appointment at the eye doctors in Ottawa on Monday and the staff was all very kind and work very well with young kids definitely would recommend them for anyone that kiddos.

Everyone was so awesome opening the door for me since I was in a wheelchair when I left and another lady sitting there and he was an awesome he done really good at the doctor see you next year

I am sorry about the before rating. I didn't realize I had even rated my experience. Well, now I will take the time to say my experience with the Eye Doctors in Ottaw was awesome. Very friendly staff, awesome Dr. that seemed to care and a non pushy sales representative. The cost of glasses is expensive everywhere, and I was on my insurances budget . It was nice that they understood and didn't try pushing extras that weren't in my budget. Thank you.

That means a lot to me when a doctor takes his time for his patient.
The ladies at the front were very sweet and professional and made me feel
comfortable.

Dr. Kluttz had been one of the best eye doctors I’ve been to and I’ve had glasses for 47 years. Explains things and tells the truth and gives options. Doesn’t try to upsell anything. The staff is extremely nice also! 100% recommend!

All the staff in the ottawa location are awesome. Always has a positive attitude a smile on their faces and the doctor are kind and willing to listen to anything you talk to them about. I will never change who I go to for my glasses. ❤

Greeted as soon as I entered the door. Filled out paperwork and I was back with doctor very quickly. All my questions were answered.The doctor subscribed some eye drops that my insurance did not cover but the doctor sent in the orders to my insurance to get it approved. Then I went out and picked my glasses. In and out in no time. The employees were very kind, and very professional. Thank you all for making my eye appointment so easy. Thank you to the doctor the went above and beyond for me. You are definitely my choice for my eye care. I highly recommend The Eye Doctors for all your eye care needs

Going to The EyeDoctors Optometrists in Ottawa was one of the best decisions that my husband and I have made this Summer.

We got new insurance this past year, and we needed to find a different Optometrists since our old location wouldn’t accept our updated insurance. We were nervous about going somewhere different - new people, new equipment, new glasses frames.

However, we are so glad that we went to The EyeDoctors Optometrists in Ottawa! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The office was tidy, bright, and offered a wide selections of frames for us to choose from.

Heather, the optometrist, was the highlight of the visit for us both. She was joyful, caring, and extremely helpful. She is honestly the sweetest optometrist that I’ve ever met.

When my husband went to get a new pair of glasses, she helped him find frames that were the perfect fit for his face. Bless her - finding new glasses is difficult, and together they did a fabulous job!

When I went in for my appointment, I discovered that the office didn’t carry my current frames. I was disappointed because I thought I’d have to get something new. However, Heather was able to order my frames and made sure they were covered by insurance!

My husband and I are so happy with our experience at this location and with our glasses! Thank you to everyone that made our visits so positive. Special thank you to Heather for all of your kindness and help. You truly are the best!

New to town and needed a good local eye doctor. This was one of two in town who took my insurance. Dr. Kluttz is knowledgeable and kind. And the girls in the office are the sweetest. Appointment scheduled on line within a week of my request and I was in and out in under an hour! I’ll definitely be keeping them as my optometrist.

This was my first time coming here, everyone is so friendly and personable! The ladies at the front helped me pick out probably my favorite frames ever after years of wearing glasses. They're very helpful and have a good eye for what will look good on you!

Super friendly place! My 5 year old loves this place! Dr. Nathan is great with kids. Their office has a play area as well!

We love Dr. Kluttz! We had just a short wait time from point of check in, til seeing the doc. My only issue is the difficulty in getting an appointment time, as we waited 2 months for an appointment.

Very quick services. Very informative. So glad to have eye doctor that’s not arias to help me find contacts even though I have astigmatism and allergies. So excited!!

The staff explains everything very well about billing. They are respectable. Dr. Klutz explains very well about your care and makes sure you're appointments are made.
