I always get fantastic customer service and friendly smiles when I come here. But most importantly, it feels like I am in an out every single time. Today, one employee, Shawn, went totally above and beyond for me. This is my go to store forever.

I’ve been coming to the store since March or April when I discovered that prints at the store come out better than anything I can print at home. While I enjoy working with the entire team, Jaegger always provides best service with a smile! Always a pleasure to work with the Stanley store!

I’ve always been impressed by this location but today even more so. I went in with 7 Amazon items to return and I wasn’t organized this time - some items had easy QR codes, some I had to email to them to print, and some items were duplicates. The person helped me with a smile on his face, assured me he didn’t care about the disorganization and even confirmed everything was accurate three times. When he wasn’t helping me he was assisting team members and teaching them how to do things correctly. Super positive guy, I should have looked for his name tag but I just wanted to say thank you for being so customer oriented. In a business where they could easily be fed up with Amazon returns, holiday returns, etc. he was nothing but kind and helpful.

This store is amazing—always quick when I want to run in and do a quick Amazon return or to mail a box to my college student. Workers are always nice and do business with a smile.

This location is professional, friendly, and resourceful. I am thankful that a business like this was able to meet my needs while exceeding my expectations. I was able to purchase an order of color prints, a laminated sheet in color, and it was all ready same day that I emailed the PDFs. Thank you all for the fantastic service, especially Megan.

I love going to this UPS store. I've never had a bad customer service experience there and I go there fairly regularly. The staff knows my kids by name and if it's not busy they play with them and let them print some copies for fun. The last time I went I needed to mail a few things and they literally did all the work for me - got me a box, printed out address labels, and packaged it all up. And they did it with a smile. Kathy is our favorite but every staff member has been really nice and very helpful.

I've been coming here since UPS Store first opened and have always found the people to be extremely friendly, courteous and hard working. They feel more like family than anything else. Try them for all your office and shipping needs and let them brighten your day!

Great Store, Friendly Staff!!...always a pleasant experience. Kathy and Shawn are the absolute best, you would think that when they are not around service would drop? Well it doesn't, there are newer folks that are just as attentive and friendly, hats off to Shawn for carefully selecting and training staff members!!

This store’s employees offer amazing service and they do it with a smile. I’ve gotten help with printing oddball graphics projects, cookies at Christmas, shipping strangely shaped items and most recently, help with a job search. I love having these folks right down the road from my house. They truly make my life easier.

The employees make this store great! I have had nothing but great experiences...help cutting a box down to make it fit better, helping me find a box when I didn't have one, always helping me find the best option between getting a pkg to it's destination quickly without wiping out my budget! I would go out of my way to visit this particular store, luckily I don't have to!

Super fast staff and friendly!

Steven and Andrew a couple of young men that were working late at the UPS store located at Metcalf in approximately 151st St. I raced here to get $.50 worth of copy work done it was imperative it go out tonight and they held the door open and stayed late to make sure my items could go out went above and beyond the call of duty I couldn’t be more impressed whoever their bosses are need to know that I will always recommend this store
