I had a package get delivered to the wrong address so I completed a missing item help form. Less than 1 hour later the mail carrier came to my door, inquired about the mix up and tracked down the package. Wow! This was great service.

Place was quick and easy. Showed the lady my form and ID and got my package in like 2 minutes.

I'm a Truck driver for the post office. It is a very demanding job, but I love it. Unlike the post office, here at the Distribution plant we are 24/7 365.

Service is great, very kind helping people. I have been helped numerous times at this location and have been treated well every time. Thank you.

Watched on my ring camera the USPS mailman throw my package onto my front step. Not just tossed but thrown. Contained bottles. Thanks USPS! 😡 This was from Amazon and wish it would have been their driver. Much more careful.

It’s pointless to get tracking updates when it says my stuff was delivered in my package locker at home but for some reason its not there….. I call and it’s back in their office? That was my cord blood banking package, glad I’m not giving birth anytime soon.

This location lost their driver and so just decided to stop delivering our mail. We went without mail for almost three weeks, we even went in to see if we could pick it up and they never even had it sorted. This happened around Christmas time so I know I’m still missing items I needed. I am glad we’re moving because they are absolutely horrible in this area.

I have had pending packages since the 13th, and it is now the 25th. The snow storm backing things up was understandable, but not this far. When you call the number the phone just rings forever.
I went in to pick up a rescheduled package and had to leave. The line didn’t move at all in the 20 minutes I was there. This office is clearly inadequate for the number of residents now in this area with just a half door for customer service, and no normal services like stamps, etc.

My son’s passports ( two of them) were left at our doorstep on a rainy day. They were we wet. No body answered the phone. They deserve 0 stars

Haven’t gotten mail for 10 days and same old excuse. short handed . have to pick up our mail and while I see it scanned to my phone when you go in we have no mail! They are too interested in delivering Amazon packages than providing the service we pay for

I love usps and respect what they are doing but if you are planning to go to this place, make sure you have at least 30 minutes of spare time. Extremely slow. I don't even know why this place is a post office. I would rather be able to drive a few miles to a real one but since this is my office, I have to come here in most cases.

Several days go by every week with no mail. It took more than three weeks to receive a check we were expecting. Another important piece of mail is still missing.

They don’t even attempt to deliver packages (fedex, UPS, and Amazon have no issues delivering packages to my address) and when they refuse to even attempt, they don’t leave a note telling me to come pick it up. I didn’t even realize that I missed out on several packages now, until being informed by the sender. This place is completely incompetent.

Twice in the last couple months I have packages that were supposed to arrive according to the tracking and didn’t. The first time the person working said the package was heavy and the driver probably just didn’t want to deliver it. It wasn’t that heavy. I easily carried it out of the post office myself. The second time the tracking said my package was to be delivered the day prior and it never showed up. When I went to the post office they couldn’t find it and guessed it hadn’t arrived at their faculty yet even though tracking said it had. While I was there 2 other people were looking for packages because they got a notice of missed delivery attempt despite they were both home all day. I didn’t ever have these issues at our previous address. Updated to one star. The problems never end with this location. Incorrect mail. Can’t find packages and most recently cannot find a letter I need to sign for. They could not answer any of my questions about it and just said they would call me if they found it.

The mail carrier is incapable of putting the correct mail in the correct box and they refuse to deliver packages to our door stating there's "no secure location" Just leave it at our door like every other carrier service! And they never answer the phone.
