Excellent customer service and food! All employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food delivery is always the best and timely. I'm very pleased with the overall quality of service 😊

First time visiting a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I went through the drive thru. The menu is expansive. I chose a strawberry banana smoothie (I forget what it is called), a Cuban sandwich (absolutely delicious) with a side of Apple Slaw because they were out of chips. The girl at the drive through seemed apathetic. Must have been having a bad day. Not rude by any means, but not super friendly either. Probably shouldn't be working the window. The girl who made my sandwich and brought it to me was smiley and friendly.
The food was great! The smoothie was really good, but this place gets a great rating from me because of the sandwich.
The Cuban was fresh, warm and had plenty of meat and cheese in it. The flavor was perfectly balanced with the mayo, mustard and thick cut, sandwich sliced pickles. A truly satisfying sandwich!
Several other sandwiches caught my eye as well, so I will definitely be back to work my way through the menu.

This place is fantastic! I work for doordash and I do deliveries and not only are the staff very knowledgeable and well-trained and completely customer oriented they helped me when I couldn't even get help from doordash it was so nice to be treated so nicely. There were two girls and they're actually three girls working but two younger girls that were working the front and one a little bit older lady that was working more in the back but the two girls that I'm talking about that deserve Kudos from the owner I wish I could remember their names but I've been so busy tonight with orders from doordash I cannot remember their names but it is Monday Labor Day weekend 2023

To the staff working on Saturday morning, 7/8, WELL DONE!!! My son’s turkey wrap has never been so well prepared. Stringy, warm cheese as opposed to shredded cheese that barely looks cooked. And my Supergreen Salad, DELICIOUS! Props to the chef who cut up my chicken and it was WARM! We both loved it, thank you!!!!

Best store I've been to yet, smoothies and food always taste fantastic and fresh! Staff always treats me wonderfully and are super caring! Gotta try their new limited time strawberry hibiscus lemonade smoothie, it's so crazy good especially paired with their strawberry flatbread, hits different!!

Update: staff has changed and its much better.. They still make the cranberry truffle smoothie even thou its not on the menu anymore.. the supergreen chicken ceaser wrap is great..and strawberry straws are good too 😋

Changed their menu again. No longer carry some Flatbread options. Staff was impatient and not helpful when I had to change it up at last minute because they took my favorite flatbead off the menu. Asked for more time and guy seemed put out as if he has something better to do other than his job. Use to go there twice a week. Probably just hit up smoothie king since they have more options and more affordable.
Since this last review I've been back several times for their seasonal smoothie and they have a really hard time filling the cups all the way. You pay close to $6 for a smoothie that is only 3/4 full. I made them remake the last 2 orders. Tired of feeling ripped off.

We visit here often, we have had excellent experiences with the exception that on two separate visits, we got smoothies that were roughies (full of uncrushed ice). Also, the franchise needs to do something about the bags because the quesadillas do not work in them, so that makes it hard to carry the food to the car. (Update, They fixed the bags. The smoothies are still hit or miss, but most of the time, they are perfect. We have a large family, so we always get four or 5 smoothies at a time, so maybe that's the problem. The last time we got one that had large chunks of ice in it they just put it back in the blender and smoothed it out. This place deserves the 5th star.)

My son and I went here this week for lunch. It is one of his favorite places to go, but I had never been. He suggested I get some type of quesadilla with peanut butter, bananas, honey and granola. It was amazing! We each got a smoothie as well which we both really liked. We will definitely be going back. Management was extremely courteous as well. Thanks!

Good smoothie but be aware as you add scoops of protein and add-ons to your base drink, you might be facing very quickly a $15 smoothy with a feeling it might not be worth that much. But it was damn good.

Great to have a Tropical Smoothie location in the Overland Park area. Enjoyed my first visit here, my order was quick and accurate. There is a convenient drive-thru option as well. Plenty of options on the menu to try on my future visits.

You got to love the flavors at Tropical smoothie Cafe and they sandwiches 😋🥪 they have.

So many healthy menu choices that are all delicious and priced great. You can add a side of chips, salad or fresh fruit. The smoothies are amazing with many, many, many! flavors to choose from... something for everyone's taste here.

I have only tried the smoothies so far but everything has been fresh and tasty. I love the drive through option! Will need to try the food sometime

I accidentally order something that had bacon and staff was so kind to remake it. Great food/smoothie and service!!!!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to the girl whose ALWAYS working the drive thru. She is the hero we need!!! Shes always there, always polite even when shes super busy and shes killing it! Maybe shes the manager? Not sure. She deserves a raise!

1st time at this fresh, fun eatery. Service was fast & friendly. My food & smoothie was delish! There is a good variety. I would return.

Excellent food first time here had Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with kale apple slaw, something different, fast, affordable, courteous, I'll be back!
