We had SUCH a great experience at this post office. We used them to apply for a passport for our daughter. We were literally in and out in 15 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the post office. The associates were joyful, friendly, highly competent and worked quickly. Every time I’ve called, the phone is answered after the first or second ring. This place should be a case study for how all post offices should be run. It’s the Chick-fil-A drive thru of post offices. Thank you for simplifying my life, Stilwell post office team!!!

Love our local post office! Friendly + knowledgeable staff, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes at most. Really appreciate the people who keep this place running like a well-oiled machine.

Just walked in today for passports, Billy(purple hair lady )took care of our family. Best post office experience ever. All the ladies there were super friendly they made the process simple and easy. It’s a small location could be a crowd, but they will sure take care of you!

If there was 10 stars, I'd put 10! Best post office/passport experience ever. The lady with the purple hair was able to get all 6 of my family members passports done within 35 mins! Both ladies working were so friendly and quick.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and awesome (Kim is great!) ! I wanted to apply for my passport and I called them 10 minutes before they close and Kim was very understanding and did not mind me coming late to do it! Sure enough I got there and they helped me quickly and professionally. I hope these guys were in my neighborhood!

Best passport experience ever! The service was very quick (less than 10 minutes including taking photos)and employees are very friendly. I have a child that asks about 1,000 questions and each of his questions were answered with a smile :)

The reviews for the post office at Antioch and 127th (approx) were horrible, so I decided to try a new location because I was in desperate need for an expedited passport. The lady at this location was AWESOME! She's in her late 20s or early 30s, with lighter colored hair and was amazing. She was reassuring, took her time and helped me figure out the best thing to do to get my passport on time. Totally recommend this location. Nice, friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience applying for a passport for our toddler. We tried to come prepared, but the woman assisting us helped us with some areas we didn't quite have right. I didn't feel rushed or like I was a bother for the staff. Very streamlined, efficient and quick! We planned to apply closer to our home, but they were not taking appointments until nearly when we were scheduled to leave for our trip (oops). I am so thankful we were referred to Stilwell's office as it was worth the extra few miles by a longshot! What a great staff; I will be referring anyone taking a trip your way, so be prepared :)

I had a personal emergency for which I needed to get a friend's passport application processed at the last moment. I was shut down by the first post office I went because I was 2 minutes past their 9-3pm window. I was referred to this post office and was told not to bother bc their window closed at 3:30. I called and spoke to a wonderful person named Kim (I believe) who helped me resolve the issue even though it had no benefit to her and only made her a few minutes late.

Rarely have I received such exceptional service anywhere, let alone at a post office (while I haven't had many bad experiences, the USPS isn't known for customer service).

Stilwell Post Office has consistently been a shining star in our community for the thirty-plus years I have lived here! The staff will enthusiastically work to accommodate a spectrum of requests with an unmatched level of positive customer service. I genuinely have never enjoyed the level of service from any public entity that I have from Stilwell Post Office. I feel so fortunate to have been "moved" to this branch years ago...the associates are absolutely fantastic!!!

Whomever runs this office is at the top of their game. I have never had an issue at this branch, people are helpful and kind. Go 30 some blocks to the North, it is exactly the opposite. Same company, different employees and/or Managers. That being said, this branch is 6 stars, even when they are busy! Bravo!!!!

This is our local post office. The employees work hard, are efficient and always smiling. A refreshing experience from other USPS offices. They are always helpful when mailing packages and give you the best bang for your buck.
