I had a great experience working with Rehana at the drive-thru today. She was very pleasant and friendly. She offered to use a coupon on my prescription which was priced fairly high and with the help of the coupon it became very affordable. I definitely recommend working with Rehana next time you are there!

Just left from picking up my prescription and I was blown away by the compassion and empathy the pharmacist, pharmacy technician and staff were able to display while the Store was wall-to-wall with disgruntled persons waiting for their prescriptions. They had just been verbally accosted by someone who was determined to berate every pharmacy member for circumstances out the staffs control and against the pharmacy laws in the state of Kansas. They were extremely professional, and never once stooped to this person’s level. Thank you for being an awesome staff and caring for my family!!

Who reviews a CVS, right? Well. apparently, the only folks reviewing this location are writing 1 star reviews. I understand, however, i have had 5 STAR experiences recently and I think it's just as important to highlight. Anyways, staff is friendly, drive through HAS been open, quick Rx filling for needed meds for my kids and very well staffed location. The app/texting works for this location also. Thank you for being open and for having your drive through open.

I have lived in 7 places during the past 40 years and have always patronized CVS. Until several months ago this was far and away the worst CVS store I’ve ever encountered. The staff was shorthanded and their attitude ranged from surly to indifferent. The store was dirty and the shelves were not well stocked. The pharmacy techs didn’t act like they knew what they were doing. All this has changed. The store is now clean and well stocked. The people are courteous and helpful to this old man with los vision. The pharmacy operates in a timely and efficient manner. The store has undergone a complete transformation. Kudos to the store manager, pharmacist, techs and front end staff! for a job well done!

The staff at this CVS are always friendly, yet professional, and greet me with a smile. That means a lot to an old Skaggs employee. Keep up the good work!

Fast, easy, convenient drive thru. They are closed for lunch break from 1:30pm-2pm for the pharmacy.

I have read all of the reviews on here and I am very confused about all of the negative things that have been said about the pharmacy staff. For those of you that let reviews decide/swade where you spend your money, whether it be dining,clothing,vacationing,or filling your prescriptions, let me give you something to think about when it comes to the pharmacy staff at this CVS pharmacy,... and I will present you with facts and not opinions that I have experienced since 2012. Jacqueline,Nickolas,Hinerick,Ester,Milak,Bo and Im sorry for who I have left out. This staff Will and Has gone above and beyond for what they are "supposed to do" for me as a patient/customer and now in my eyes friends who care, and I know this from a personal experience I had with this staff almost 2 years ago. I will keep a very long story short. For years,...I was getting scripts from Kansas and Missouri for a sleeping disorder which we all know is a HUGE no no. Let me remind you this staff knows me and knows me by first name and has for years,....I have never been a stranger to them and I took advantage of this. This staff caught on to what I was doing. I can tell you what any other pharmacy staff would have done,...they would have declined me service in the future forever!! Wash their hands of me and be done with it,..one less script for them to fill. Let me tell you what this staff did. This staff brought me in and sat me down and discussed what they wanted to do with me,...they wanted to let me go,....but they didn't,......AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TO,....they got me straightened out and back on the right path,...and this has been huge for me HEALTH WISE!!! Looking back now if they didn't help me, I could very possibly be dead. Let me remind you, this is not part of their job or in their job description. This staff actually cared and to this day care about my well being, and I am and will be forever grateful. I hope this review/testimonial will help you in any decision you have to make when it comes to your health/livelihood.

I have been using this pharmacy for about three years, and I’ve found the pharmacy personnel are courteous and helpful. My prescriptions are automatically filled and they notify me when ready. Courtesy from both sides goes a long way.

Been going to this pharmacy for many years. They are on the top of their game. Some recent reviews do not take into account the staffing issues every business is having due to Covid and free government money .

I’ve been filling my family’s prescriptions here for the past few years. I always receive wonderful, helpful service. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for all your medicine needs.
